Beautiful garden, with friendly squirrels and nice ducks, peacocks. It is relaxing even wintertime, it can be very more beautiful any other season also.

Great zoo to visit. It's approx 30 minutes walk from the Old Town but a very nice walk over the bridge. Animals are well looked after and the enclosures seem fair. The only improvement would be to improve the map which is a bit confusing. Alternative improvement would be to have a set lined route that you can see most of the zoo enclosures as you keep doubling back if you've missed something. Overall great value at 20 PLN.

Park Ujazdowski is one of the most picturesque parks in Warsaw and dates back to the 1890's. At the time of its foundation, the park was one of the most modern in Europe. It featured a large pond, fountains and a reinforced-concrete bridge over the southern part of the pond. The bridge was the second construction built of reinforced-concrete in the world, after the bridge in Viggen, Switzerland (1894). Open year round and free to enter this is a pleasant place to walk with sculptures to admire.

A very beautiful garden, containing a variety of plants. It has some very beautiful compartments, just like the rose garden. It is not as big as other gardens (Bucharest's or Geneva's for instance) but it is worth a visit for a nice strolling around.

Compared to other parks in Warsaw this one is not big at all, but compensates in somewhat modern look, and a bit of sporty atmosphere, compared to other parks which are more for easy walks and relaxing.

Very beautiful park, where you can rest and enjoy beautiful nature. This one of my fav parks in Warsaw. It is also near restaurants like Jeff's where you can eat very tasty meal.

I came here on my own as my husband and son do not like birds. The young lady on reception was fantastic and her English was so good! She was really helpful. I did get the impression some of the birds may be sick of getting pestered, and it is not as interactive as I thought, however I can appreciate the birds have to do what they want in order to be happy. Overall a good experience and I did get to interact with some birds which was lovely

A place of memories. A good place for a picnic and to spend time outside the hustle and bustle of the city.

Lovely place to spend afternoon after visit to Palace. Beautiful big trees in expansive areas. No crowds. The highlight: sitting on a bench by the lake, enjoying serene surrounding and feeding (my) sandwiches to the ducks. Free admittance to park on Thursdays. 50% off for seniors on others days, but only to residents to EU, not to US citizens.
One major shortcoming: there are no drinking fountains in the park.

Generous walking and biking path intersects the park, accompanied by an attractive waterway lined with benches and dotted with little bridges. There are spacious fields to stretch out on a blanket, a skating rink, a basketball pitch, and even a small hill topped with a bust of Edward Szymanskiego, after whom the park was named. Great walking, lots of free space to move around in, super activity on warm days. Great skating and running all year long. Recommended.
