Great and interesting museum you can easily spend hours there. Fully accessible for disabled users and accessible toilets in the building which is great
The main reason to visit is to remember the sacrifice of others by visiting Auchwitz and Bercanau concentration camps Warsaw shows the worst of man and the best a city that rebuilt itself and provides a look at the past but also its progress into the future!!
PL: Cudowne miejsce! Ogromne bogactwo zbiorów! Przepiękny budynek! Polecam! Ps. Proszę wziąć pod uwagę, że brak parkingu.
EN: Wonderful place! Wide viariaty of collection. Beautiful building as well! I really recomend visiting! PS. Mind, that there's no parking near by the museum.
Small museum, but very nice. Located in center of the city, you can find the beginning of computers until nowadays. History of transport, old trains, old cars, motorcycles, a section for marine & for aviation also. Good to be visited.
This is the kind of museum that will appeal only to certain people. The do have a wonderful display of rocks, minerals, fossils and amber. If this is the type of thing that interests you, I would strongly encourage you to visit. Otherwise, you will probably be bored after a brief walk-through of the displays.
Amazing to fill in some gaps in our knowledge of post war Europe and learn more about the eastern block countries who were unofficially under Soviet control. The museum host was so knowledgeable and passionate about sharing this incredible story.
