This is without doubt the best laid out and put together museum I’ve ever been to.

Well paced and a good balance of interactive and informative.

Audio guide was superb it started as you reached each section so you are able to go at your own pace so you can spend as much time as you want in each area.

If you come to Warsaw it’s definitely worth a visit!

Really cool exhibits and interior spaces in a historic building. Our guide Agnes was very informative, friendly and professional as she took us through the exhibits and led our tasting. Even if vodka is not your favorite beverage, this is a really interesting way to learn about Polish history and the role vodka plays in it, from the medieval ages through communism to the present day. The bar upstairs also had really creative and tasty cocktails at the conclusion of the tour. Highly recommended!

If you like doll houses then it might be interesting for you. I was only one person there and it was scary and creepy, I even gasped when I saw “the three sisters farmacy” Anyways I left after 15 min I hope I won’t have nightmares.

Outstanding artifacts of everyday life - we thought we would be there for less than an hour, but were there much longer taking it all in. Small place but big lessons and memorable examples were taken away with us - explained so much and really gave a glimpse into life in the reality of living in this time. Growing up in the 70-80s in the United States and comparing the everyday to what it would have been like at this same time in Poland under the communist regime was really fascinating and thought-provoking. The apartment replica was a great feature, and one of the most memorable walls for us was the one about the "queues" during ration times. Also, here you are steps away from the MDM area at constitution place and this museum really helps you understand that location (architecture, symbols, etc.).

An excellent, informative and fun experience which includes the history of currency/ trading,a masive collection of Polish and international notes , spotting fake notes, the stock exchange and the opportunity to hold a bar of gold. Lots of interactive displays made it fun. The guides are very helpful though the security guard was keeping a very close eye on us and the gold bar! All this for free as well.
Note that one must go through airport style security before entering.

This is a good museum for Chopin enthusiasts. Letters, partitures and monitors to study Chopin's life. Unfortunately it was covid19 time when we visited - and they required to use plastic gloves which were not very comfortable for this environment. Anyway, it seemed to be dedicated for Chopin researchers, not so much for his music lovers. Technically and aesthetically nice museum.

After visiting Poland for almost 30 years, I'm still discovering what hidden gems Poland has to offer. The Muzeum Wodki is at the forefront of revealing just how a nation has influenced the world with its talents, especially in Wodka. The tour was very educational & interactive, taking you back a thousand years with the history of Wodka to the present. Ending with a pleasant tasting session which you can continue on in the relaxing roof top Cocktail Bar. A definite must see location.

Very unique museum for rescued old neons explaining their history and also their role in Polish history. Museum is not very big but covers the subject very well. Not safe for lively small kids. The neons are not to be touched! They are fragile and some had dire warnings one to get electrocuted if touched. For adults and teens this is great! The location is a bit shady. But that increased the experience.

This is a fantastic museum situated on the north side of Warsaw by a large fort. The commemoration of the thousands of Polish soldiers, intellectuals, civil servants, etc. by the brutal Soviet regime after the 1938 invasion is a powerful tribute. The museum is well laid out and it's important to get the audio guide upon entry. Be sure to bring your own plug-in headphones (bluetooth won't work) for the audio guide, otherwise you pay more than you should for your own set of headphones. The museum is well laid out with recovered items from the victims and an expansive history lesson on the 1938 invasion of Poland by the Nazis and the Soviets. It paints a bleak picture of what happened and gives you deep appreciation for the resiliency of the Polish people. Very moving and absolutely worth visiting. Spent the better part of a day going through the museum and listening in to each exhibit while carefully observing the stories of those who perished and those who work to ensure the memory of this atrocity never fades.

Shouldn't bring kids under 12, and even then be sure to explain beforehand what they're about to see. Very moving museum.

Definitely a place to see for those interested in World War II history. A sad and depressing place but it surely makes people understand what did it look like when Germans conquered Warsaw and why Warsaw Uprising has truly happened.

A quick, beautiful and cool little gem in the centre of Warsaw that I'm so happy I managed to squeeze in before my bus to the airport! So incredible to see the changes the city has been through so vividly, with a beautiful soundtrack to go with it
