The Old Town Market Square is beautifully restored to its medieval appearance. Walk around the square and soak up the atmosphere. There are many restaurants to choose from along the square. Be sure to visit the Museum of Warsaw. The top floor of the museum has a lovely observation deck with lovely views of the square.

There are many galleries, museums and shops with paintings or sculptures. You can spend a couple of hours there. Apart from the artistic side, you can also go to a restaurant or cafe, have a walk in modern and original surrounding or go shopping in a mall.

All depends on the exhibitions which change often. The staff of the museum is very friendly and helpful. We have seen a movie which was bizarre (to be expected in the contemporary art museum) and Janek Simon's exhibition which had some interesting parts: Nollywood (Nigerian movie industry) - idea of remaking Polish classic "Ashes and Diamonds" in the Hollywood convention, reflections on Polish maritime traditions and colonial ambitions from 1930-s.
There is a good restaurant in the building and if you like long walks, you can start there and walk towards the river and continue on Vistula Boulevards towards the Old Town making a long, diverse and satisfying day.
