- RichardK938West Palm Beach, FL728 contributionsThese building facades just set the tone for the main town square. They are very colorful and fully decorated in Renaissance style. altogether with the square itself and the soaring town hall make Zamosc a tourist hot spot,Written July 8, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dominik KiezikWarsaw, Poland5,361 contributionsColonnades! They are very extensive around this huge, stylistically beautiful and eye-catching market. The market is very nice to explore. There are many restaurants here that are not super expensive. Besides, it is illuminated at the time the sun goes down. A very overwhelming teaching of space and comfort. Its advantage is also the paving stones that are there now, it allows you to travel by bike or trolley without any problems.Written October 18, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ZlotoSutton, UK69 contributionsThe Zamość Rotunda and surrounding cemetery needs to be visited when in the city, to understand the true horrors of what the townspeople went through during WW2. It's a humbling experience, and a worthy memorial to them.Written June 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - B PSwitzerland63 contributionsThis zoo is small but still good for some walk with kids. It was during renovation when we visited it.Written August 16, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Dominik KiezikWarsaw, Poland5,361 contributionsAn integral part of the market square in Zamość. Hardly anyone knows, but in the computer games of the Cossacks 1 and 3 series, this building is erected as a model of the Polish Architectural Style. The games are very popular in Poland and other countries. I noticed that Zamosc was the inspiration to create buildings for the playable nation. Some historians or scholars of other fields believe that Zamość is an example and aesthetic aspiration of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and gathers in itself those visions that were scattered throughout the territory of this country ... at least that was the assumption.Written October 18, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dominik KiezikWarsaw, Poland5,361 contributionsWorth seeing when you have more time. The reader may be surprised by my attitude, which I do not propagate, it is my personal choice. I don't start visiting museums anymore when I don't have much time for it. Obviously, I invite you and go! Only these are the long hours ... In this place you will see the history of the weapons and the fortress itself.Written October 18, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dominik KiezikWarsaw, Poland5,361 contributionsOld Synagogue. Built in a similar style to the city. Now it houses a center of Jewish culture. Nice architecture and somehow survived the war.Written October 18, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kacper GLommis, Switzerland13 contributionsI have been in Zamość a lot of times, but in this Museum for the first time. It is wonderful journey to the past! There is no such place like this, anormus number of old photos and cameras. Although the most intrested is the machine to see the old photos from XIX years in 3D! Definately recommend!Written June 16, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Dominik KiezikWarsaw, Poland5,361 contributionsWalls and park path in front of and behind the walls. My English-speaking colleague probably skipped a hand giving this place only one star. It may not be a Perfect place, but it definitely deserves a good 4 out of 5 on this app's ratings. The view of the fortress is more than satisfactory. You can sometimes enter underground passages that are clean and tidy. If you go through the gate, you can also enter the walls here and there and see how the ramparts were constructed. If you go along the train tracks, you will also come across interesting observation bridges, where you will be able to see the reservoir and other parts of Zamość. Perhaps a colleague only walked along the embankments from the Starówka station, in fact they are less accessible, at least when I was. I walked more from the Zoo and the main Zamość Główny train station. You also have to be careful Zamość has roads there.Written October 18, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
