- Southside TravelsGlasgow, UK1,811 contributionsImpressive 360° painting of battle scene with great detail.
Audio guide in English was available describing the details of the painting and lasted for about 30 minutes.
Well worth a visit !!Written March 25, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Topcat dSherfield On Loddon, UK33 contributionsVery lovely, two adults walking around adoring how beautiful Wroclaw and surroundings areas are (in scale) Must visit.Written January 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- peter y8 contributionsIn the city center of rynek, place was marvelous with astonishing buildings. We found out the place has been there since mediaval times.Written April 9, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Craig HarknessWemyss Bay, UK2 contributionsAbsolutely brilliant place to visit if you were a gamer in the 80’s and 90’s, full of nostalgia with loads of old games, consoles and computers, great way to spend an afternoon in Wrocław for a small priceWritten March 16, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Taras Romaniv4 contributionsInteresting in general, but it we expected more interaction. Especially liked the first room with a globe and story about water.Written April 16, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mrsj131Ayrshire, UK470 contributionsBeing a practicing Catholic this cathedral didn't disappoint. I was lucky enough to arrive just as mass was beginning and it was beautiful. The cathedral itself (whether you are religious or not) is definitely worth a visit the architecture is something to behold. A must see venue for all.Written February 11, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Andrew MChichester, UK876 contributionsTake time to take a walk into the "Old Town", it is well worth the walk from the Central City area, about 15 minutes or by tram (5 - 10 minutes).
On the way to the "Old Town", you will pass this loverly, old University building.Written December 16, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - AlexanderWroclaw, Poland3 contributionsSuper nice place to have fun with friends. I recommend to go there from 9-11 am or 8-9 pm since there is way less people there.
Very nice place, welxoming staff and extremely clean EVERYTHING! Highly recommended!Written June 3, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Jana CPrague, Czech Republic4,435 contributionsWe kept on walking past this church but then we were cold and went inside. It was a pleasant surprise as it's very pretty and we loved the nice nativity scene.Written January 1, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- gailc000Melbourne, Australia312 contributionsSzymond from the walkative tour recommended this museum because of the view from the tower. Also we were in Wroclaw on a Monday and no other museums were open !!
We opted to see all the museum - a good decision. The restored baroque rooms were beautiful - the sundial exhibits were surprising, there were 6 or 8 noble prize winners - they punch above their weight! and the history of the university was fascinating.
It was surprisingly good way to spend an hour and the cost of 14 slow was fair.Written March 3, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Robert SPaarl, South Africa53 contributionsIt is a beautiful station and a pleasure to wait for a train here. The tourist offerings are few and the food isn't the kind you would make a reservation for. This is a "business" station dedicated to getting the traveler onward.Written December 25, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- DuquesadinerGlasgow, UK1,403 contributionsIt only costs about £5 to get in here and you are down in a bunker. Well thought out in design and quite a lot to see, even without understanding Polish. We did the tour on our last afternoon in Wroclaw and thought it very worthwhile.Written January 3, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- William HFolkestone, UK23 contributionsThe farmers’ market is a significant neo-Gothic building on the outside and structurally anticipates modernism on the inside. It echoes the cathedral area’s original Gothic on the other side of the river whereas its internal, complex concrete support structures suggests the future. The busy hall, with its fresh flowers and food products, is also visually interesting. If you are interested in architecture or in experiencing everyday life in Wroclaw, the Hala Targowa is worth a visit.Written March 9, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- EvaF2EvaWeissenburg in Bayern, Germany4,840 contributionsAfter seeing so many amazing pictures of Wroclaw Opera I was disappointed when I saw the building in real. Located at a busy street surrounded by other buildings it didn't look so magnificient. And even interior is not as outstanding as described in tourists guides. It is beautiful, opulent, richly decorated, but nothing really special compared to other theaters I have visited.
I planed our visit to Wroclaw about a month in advance and unfortunatelly I couldn't get better tickets than third balcony. I don't regret that I bought them because the Nutcracker ballet was excellent and we really enjoyed it. But I have to confirm what is written in many reviews here. View was terrible. We couldn't just comfortable sit and watch, were most of the time leaning over the railing and changing position frequently based on where the dancers were on the stage.
Yet I have to admit visiting Wroclaw Opera was unforgettable experience. One of the highlights of our trip.Written January 14, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Gary WYork, UK32 contributionsVisited here with my mother to escape the rain. Very good range of shops and the food hall has plenty of options from carnivores to vegans. Clean and well maintained. Only a short tram ride from the city.Written March 19, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
