Charming European city square with good eating options and hotels nearby. The square is full of old-style buildings, which are nonetheless well maintained. Great city to visit! Probably my favorite city to visit in Poland after Cracow and Warsaw.

I haven't been to Europe before, but I have seen photos of similar old towns from other countries. This was as beautifual as any other, clean, peaceful, and safe.

Large space, many species of animals. Great way to spend a summer day. Combination of old architecture and modernity.

This area of Wroclaw is very beautiful and peaceful. We visited at dusk, so we found the lamplighter and got to see the cathedral lit up. There weren't a lot of visitors there at the same time, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. There is a lot of signage on the buildings to give more information, as well as pictures of the area when it was bombed during WWII as compared to now. I would consider Cathedral Island a don't-miss part of Wroclaw!

It is a 30 min audio tour (audios in other languages available) which looks at the detail of this enormous painting. There's also a 15-20 min animation downstairs (easily missed - near the toilets) which gives some other contextual information.

I would say it is comparable with the ones in Barcelona, but without the massive crowds. There are displays on the hour, every hour for about 10-15 minutes.

I was surprised to stumble upon this monument, which really catches the eye. Take a look at the different people the monument depicts!

It was such a flashback to childhood memories and a good lesson in how computers and games developed since beginning. The greatest part was that you got to experience games hands on. A perfect place for friend groups, couples, families with kids and of course computer geeks.

These are worth a visit whilst visiting the big park which it is in. The gardens aren't very big but there are some nice photo opportunities and the lake in the middle has some really big Koi Karp.
Afterwards you can go and enjoy the lake and the old Centennial Hall

There's every possible connection to water here - sea life, engineering, submarines. So it's got good variety and is quite interactive. Nearly all the exhibits have English language options.

Being a practicing Catholic this cathedral didn't disappoint. I was lucky enough to arrive just as mass was beginning and it was beautiful. The cathedral itself (whether you are religious or not) is definitely worth a visit the architecture is something to behold. A must see venue for all.
