What travelers are saying
- Ted21117Southampton, UK206 contributionsI visit Poland regularly and have been to many towns and cities. Most have lovely buildings, restaurants and attractions in and around their main square. Some of my favourites are Wroclaw and Kraków but my top one is in Boleslawiec!
Boleslawiec is small in comparison to Kraków but is far prettier in terms of the colour and architecture of the buildings in my opinion. It has a fountain area which the children love and also a bench made up of mosaic work from Boleslawiec Pottery pieces!
There are a number of great restaurants, bars, ice cream, and shops around the square.
I love this place and visit it every time I'm in Poland!Written July 19, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Jadwiga RHeinkenszand20 contributionsVery nice collection, great start for any visit in Boleslawiec. Nice friendly staff.
Everyone should start with visiting this place when coming to shop for pottery.Written August 6, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - daesquivSan Jose, Costa Rica645 contributionsVery impressive structure and very easy to get there...even walking a bit from the city center or the ceramic shops as well.Written March 15, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Astrid27 contributionsThe equally short companion to the ceramic museum. Unlike it's counterpart, this features no information in English, with all the information provided in German and Polish at the entrance of rooms. A highlight of it is the presentation of pottery contest winners. Only worth visiting because it's included with the ticket to the ceramic museum.Written September 18, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Kristen TStuttgart, Germany716 contributionsWhile I did not purchase anything at this store, it was very tempting! They had some beautiful pieces and it was very well laid out.Written March 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Kristen TStuttgart, Germany716 contributionsVisited with a group of ladies. We made this both the first stop in town and last stop before heading home. The selection was extensive. While the shop didn't feature my favorite patterns of the shops we visited, they did offer a ton of options! Visiting in March, I was not confident that any shops would have Jack o' Lanterns and that item was high on my wish list, but Andy's had many to choose from! I ended up with two--a big and a small one. LWritten March 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Kristen TStuttgart, Germany716 contributionsI really enjoyed walking around this shop and admiring the many patterns. They had some unique ones that I did not see in other shops. Our group also enjoyed walking through the outlet "tent" they have in addition to the regular store offerings.Written March 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Kristen TStuttgart, Germany716 contributionsI enjoyed browsing at this shop. The pieces and patterns were really nice. I found the prices to be a bit higher than other area shops which is part of the reason I did not purchase, but the pieces looked to be very good quality and would be worth the price if you found a pattern that you loved!Written March 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Kristen TStuttgart, Germany716 contributionsI visited with a group of ladies and we had a nice time browsing this shop. The selection seemed to be less than other shops we visited, but they did have some nice pieces. I've heard that pre-COVID they had a lot more to choose from.Written March 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Anna ZBoleslawiec, Poland29 contributionsFantastic reconstruction of old historical building in down two of Boleslawiec. Good offer of SPA, swimming pool with thermal water, massage, sauna... Great place to rest in the evening.Written July 19, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- ShelleyashSan Diego, CA1,854 contributionsThis ceramic store is one of many on the same road. It was a Sunday when we were passing through and many of the stores that were listed as being open were not. We were happy to find this store open. You drive down a long driveway a d it is located in the back, out of view.
There is a good selection with lots of different options, it was hard to choose. They have Seasonal pieces and souvenirs and many other pieces besides mugs plates and bowls. The more you spend the better pricing you get at the register. My items were wrapped up very well and put into a box for shipping. The guy at the register did not speak English but he did accept credit cards.Written November 17, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
