    Review of: Muzeum Krakowa - Rynek Podziemny
    Under the city walls
    It was raining so we visited here. It was informative and great to see the ruins of the old Krakow too. For what we paid, it was good - if I had paid more I would have not been overly thrilled. Kids would probably like it.

    Nice for the family.
    We loved it especially the kids 5 and 8 years old. I recommend it for families. Go and visit when you are in Krakow.

    Review of: Geological Museum of the Polish Academy of Sciences
    Cheap Place for Geology Buffs to Spend Half an Hour or So
    It's small: one room filled with some interesting specimens.

    It's not the Smithsonian, but it only costs about a buck to look around and enjoy. In addition to mineral samples there are also fossils, and English language written explanations that need to be returned.

    If you find the place and the door is locked, don't dispair. Ring the doorbell and you will be buzzed in where there is a reception desk where you can pay the three zloty entrance fee.

    Good for a 15-20 minute visit.
