Amazing. The guides was very informative and the pace through the Saltmines was leisurely and not as strenuous as I thought it would be. You had to descend down alot of steps at first and long corridors which were at least 2/3 people wide which lead you to open caverns of spectacular views of carvings, pictures, statues and chandeliers made out of salt. Some people had said it was claustrophobic but we thought it was quite spacious.

The friendly, knowledgeable guide whisked us around the city in a comfortable and warm buggy. Lots of interesting info given and tips on must do’s whilst in Krakow. Would highly recommend.

    Our guide Michael was great.
Most commentary done via headsets - but Michael added bits n pieces as we worked our way around. Huge history in Krakow - so a quick snip it of it. Giving you time to go back and explore more.
They were awesome as our flight was delayed 21 hours so we were going to miss our trip - changed no questions asked.

A very interesting and informative tour. Wojciech's presentation was laid back yet detailed. A few aside facts and info helped with perspective. His dry humour was entertaining without disturbing the solemn nature of the historical events. Thoroughly recommended.

Collected by Thomas at a central location in a beautiful executive people-carrier. Water provided, very comfortable. Thomas is a good driver. Several stops on the way up to the mountains. Quad bike place was incredibly well set up and safety paramount. 400zl per bike. You can have your own quad or double up with your travelling companion. All clothing provided, including wellies, gloves etc. Great fun and a hot fruity herbal drink to finish. On to Zakopane where we had just over an hour to look around/grab a bite to eat. Onto the spa, by now the light was fading. Thomas took us in and got our wristbands and fully explained everything. Entry cost included in the tour price from Thomas. We had 3 hours here. Everything is done via your wristband and you pay on way out for extras - so any drinks/food/extras - it’s very simple. Wristband also gets you the locker which is included in entry. Towel hire is 10zl and worth it. Lots to do including a great outdoor pool with swim up bar and music, thermal pools, slides and lots lots more. Thomas was waiting for us when we came out. Sleepy journey back to Krakow. Thomas made the trip really - his English is excellent, vehicle beautiful and he took a lot of pride in looking after us. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Excellent trip, well informed before and during trip. Be prepared for a long walk but excellent presentation of information. Fascinating story and we both enjoyed our visit.

It’s embarrassing to admit but I knew nothing about this place before my visit. However, I am so glad that I went on this tour. It is simply amazing. The site is well set out, the tour guides are informative and the different areas of the mine are unforgettable. You absolutely must visit this site when in Krakow.

Excellent tour with pick up and drop off service! Communication prior to was also well planned and had no trouble with contacting the operator. The tour is a great way to see two major landmarks in one day. It is a long day so definitely get lunch included otherwise you’ll be struggling to find something. Our driver was very friendly and helpful, along with our tour guides!

This was a great tour. Our driver, Tomasz, picked us up on time at our hotel and gave us a wonderful tour of the highlights on the way to the salt mine. He also walked us over to where we needed to get in line for our tour and was waiting for us when we got done. Thank you, Tomasz!
The salt mine tour is amazing. The statues and wall carvings are beautiful. I especially loved the grand chapel in which everything was made from salt. It was breathtaking and definitely worth seeing. My only negative is that the tour groups are too large & move too quickly. We found ourselves at the back of the group so by the time we got to see what the guide was describing, the group had moved on and we had to hurry to catch up. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, the stairs down to the mine can be a challenge for some. However, I am very happy that we did this tour & highly recommended it.

This museum is an interesting and informative place in what happened. For kids I would say it’s important to see but the content is quite sad.

I highly recommend Tomasz to anyone coming to Krakow. Our tour lasted 3 and 1/2 hours and yet it felt like it was only 20 minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable and can answer every question that you possibly can have. I truly cannot imagine any other tour guide being any better than Tomasz. I look forward to my next journey to Krakow to learn more about this wonderful City with Tomasz as my tour guide again. As the owner of a travel agency that specializes in Europe I will be recommending Tomasz to my clients as well.
