We thought we were well prepared after not eating since breakfast, but we probably should have skipped breakfast too. There’s a lot of food to try! Our guide - Jadzia - was lovely, spoke excellent English and was knowledgable. Olga was fantastic and I learned so much. From the local market to the hands on pierogi making. If you are visiting and have any interest, don’t miss this one. - lynn2 contributionsThis has to be one of the fantastic tours my family has ever done. Magdalena is so fun, friendly and helpful from the scheduling throughout the tour to four different vodka bars. We had plenty to eat, tried so many vodkas with different infusions. Really terrific and inexpensive. Magda was so nice and gave us lots of wonderful recommendations for places to see in Krakow on our trip. Mathew was extremely knowledgeable about the history of this beautiful city and its cuisine and was even patient enough to listen to my boring stories
The highlight for us was going to interesting eating establishments that were off the beaten track that we would never have found on our own and Mathew had interesting insights at every location

I could have spent more time there BUT we needed to get to our guide's home to make the pierogis! We enjoyed her sharing her life and historical knowledge as we traveled to her place. Dominika was perfectly prepared, having things ready to go once we got there. This made it so enjoyable as we learned some of the 'secrets' to accomplishing pierogi making for when we return home! My friend is vegetarian, so I'd emailed the restaurant beforehand to check there was a vegetarian option, which there was,and they sent me the menu. Both our meals were very nice, much better than you sometimes get at these types of events. The singing and dancing were great, and the dancers got the audience involved, which was fun. The restaurant itself is very traditional in style and interesting to visit. The only complaint we had was that we were dropped off at the open drop-off point when it was raining heavily. A covered drop off point would be good, as would suggestions on how to get to the nearest roof or transportation. I was organizing a trip to Krakow for 40 graduating students, and wanted to have an activity that they would never forget. I chose to book this and got great help from Wiktoria! Everyone loved it and said that this was the best thing from the whole trip🤩 The staff was super helpful, friendly and fun! Thank you to Wiktoria, Elchin, Ilo, Marina, Mert and Ivan!
