beautiful reserve almost in the center of the city. Great views breathtaking. Big applause for the creators - many benches and tables. On the spot tyrolka thanks to which you can admire the park from the sky. Very nice place with a magnificent amphitheater. Large parking, lots of space. Also toilets.

Almost 2 km walk site across the heart of Kielce. No cars. No offenders. Friendly, save with a number of bars and restaurants. Places of interest all arround.

Not so large but beautiful geological park, where you can learn a lot of history of Earth. It is peaceful place where you can relax in nice sunny days and take a walk. Also you can meet there some interesting birds and insects. There is a route with info-tables (I think only in Polish), where you can read about interesting geological formations and nature around you. At the end of the park, there is the Geo-Education center placed.
I recommend to visit this nice natural park-

While not large, preserved from the destruction by "making it more civilized". This is how a cave should look like. You need to pre-book, chances of buying tickets on-site are almost non-existent. The tour lasts no more than half an hour, so combined with no formal limitations, you can take even small children along. 5 mins walk from a public parking. Surrounded by a park that you can spend a better part of the afternoon in.

The museum located in city centre and across the street is public parking that is not expensive. The museum itself is conceptually circular and thematic. So many details and exhibits that I made two trips all over the museum. I don’t think there is a type of toy or game that is not represented. The majority of exhibits are on display in glass cases. Except toys ther are various models, antique wooden toys of domestic craftsmanship, musical instruments for children, dice and puzzles are on display. They also have representations of the evolution of various toys over time, as well as old-fashioned children's rooms and classrooms. There are even a few old dolls that are so ugly that I was scared! Definitely visit.

A very pleasant place. It doesn't have a huge variety of plants like bigger botanical gardens, but it has a good variety of local plants and is very attractively laid out with good views.

As other reviewers already stated, the inside is way better than the outside. It’s absolutely beautiful inside. Definitely worth a visit.

Added some photos of the interior.

We called in at this museum as my grandfather had been a political prisoner in the prison that was there in 1944. We didn’t expect it to be such an incredible museum covering a broad period of Poland’s modern history. It covered pre ww2 (when the Russians occupied this area of Poland), the Holocaust (as it relates to both the Jewish and Polish community), life during ww2, life under communist rule and the solidarity movement. We were shown around by Bruno - the most amazing and knowledgeable guide we have encountered in nearly three weeks in Poland. The entry was 9zl per family and that included a free guide book filled with information. If you are in Kielce you must see this fantastic museum.

I made the roundwalk around a quarry on a spring sunday afternoon. A lot of locals were out and about, some of them enjoying beers with family and friends on the benches.
The geological value of this place, and in particular the fold that can be seen is impressive.
And the bushes were in bloom, so it was good place to be.
The only thing that annoyed me here is the empty and some of them broken beer bottles everywere.
If people would just take their waste home or at least leave it at a wastebin, it would be so much more enjoyable for everyone.

Nice not large museum in the middle of the city. It has two parts - one for temporary exhibitions and the second one (permanent) presents the whole history of the city from the beginning to the present day. This exhibition is quite interesting with full of authentic historical obejcts, but the info-tables are only in Polish.

The metallurgical monument built in 1823 under the supervision of Stanislaw Staszic. This facility was worknig only to 1866 (43 years) when was ruined by the fire. At the moment it resembles an old castle rather than ironworks but the object is safe and can be freely visited. You can see the old walls keeping in mind that inside there was a process generating more than 1300degC for a long time :-). You can also make a stop in the travel, sit on the grass and take some time to admire it during nice day. Definitely worth to see. Time necessary: from 15 minutes to hours, depending on time and mood.
