Main beach of the city, it's quite spacious, has a couple of cafes, playgrounds and other emenities you may need. Can be quite busy during the weekends but is a lovely spot to take a break.

This can be a combined visit, to both the museum and the destroyer ORP Blyskawica. The warship is located about 5 minutes walking away from the museum. Both well worth visiting and by the looks of it, the museum is continuous improving. While visiting museum staff were working on a full sized submarine outside the museum, apparently going to be the next exhibit. The museum has 2 or 3 floors and an outside area where numerous cannons of all size and shapes, rocket launchers a helicopter a fighter jet and so on are on display. Inside the museum several torpedos on display of which one unique and experimental version, uniforms, fire arms and lots of war history. Be aware that the crew on the ship takes a lunch break of one hour (1300-1400hrs) and you can't visit. We also visited the war museum in Gdansk, this is completely different and I think well worth the trip to Gdynia. The museum has a restaurant on the 3rd floor that is overlooking the beach. If you think this review was useful please give me your thumbs up, so I keep up putting in the effort writing them. Thanks.

A beautiful old tall ship which makes a statement, once used to train cadets and has an interesting history. It has now been turned into a museum which offers unguided tours on the ship which you need to purchase a ticket for. You can take many photos of the ship from the harbourside along with the ORP "Blyskawica" ship and Dragon pirate ship which are moored along the same pier.

Nice pier in a less touristy location, especially when compared to Sopot pier. It is quite small, but the view of the tree-covered cliff is truly breathtaking and picturesque. I arrived around 11 a.m. and there were only a couple of people with dogs and babies, so I could relax. Then I walked for about an hour along the beach to Sopot. However, the train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

The Emigration Museum was recommended by a friend who is a tour guide from Warsaw. The website and the beginning of the museum are somewhat weak, but the museum is five star gem. The history is phenomenal including emigration during the partition of Poland, throughout the 19th century, and during period from 1890 to 1920. Also , the arrival of emigrants in the USA and elsewhere. The historical accounts are very informative and personal. One of the best museums. Visit if you are able to do so.

Science center located at an industrial park near the center of town in Gdynia. It is not only a museum but also interactive and hands on. Visitors are asked to conduct their own experimentation. Ideal place for family outing and school trips.

Worth the walk from Gdynia Glowna train station to Kosciuszki Square which is located on the waterfront in the center of Gdynia. Which you can easily make a day trip of from its harbour views, monuments, museums, aquarium, souvenir shops, restaurants, water fountain. The highlight for me was to see the Polish destroyer ship ORP "Blyskawica" Tall ship Dar Pomorza and pirate ship all moored along the same pier.

Had an interesting walk back to the train station stopping and exploring the side streets looking for Street Art to take photos of and found the Displaced Gdynians Monument which is near to the Gdynia Glowna train station.

Just needed a swimming pool and I would have been in heaven... seriously all you need under a single roof. Dropped off there on a cruise and had plenty of purchase and eat/drink options.

Popular place on the City but we were unable to see exotic animals there. You should go with low expectation as the place is not big

A touching monument to Remember those Gdynians deported from the city following the Nazi takeover in 1939. Happy to have the opportunity to take a photo of the monument which is near the train station on my way back to Gdansk.

I was living in childhood very close from this place and very often was walking there with my dog. Only good memories, gorgeous nature- I cannot describe it another as magic place.

Very iconic place in this part of Gdynia. But only can reach by boat or swim 😉
You can see this place in some movies.
