One of the best zoo's that I have visited. The grounds are huge and you need a full day to explore everything. Lots of animals kept indoors during the colder months but they all had plenty of space. Food on site is also very good and there is lockable storage for luggage for 20kr (deposit).

The cable cars were out of action but looked like they would be great when working.

Highly recommend if you have a spare day during your trip to Prague!

This is a must visit in Prague.

The castle complex is huge, sitting on a hillside looking down and across the city.

There is lots to see and do inside the castle, including the cathedral, Golden Lane, the gardens and lots of eating and drinking spots. There are also a number of places to grab a great panoramic view over the city.

The admission ticket is only 250 CZK and we’ll worth it.

Lovely little spot for a relaxing wander and taking in the views. Had a little glass of wine in one of the bars, plenty to see and beautiful on a nice day!

This old astronomical clock was built in 1410. Hard to believe what it has continued to do all of these centuries. Its performance wows crowds every hour on the hour. Make sure you pay attention to the skeleton. \Most of the town hall in the back was destroyed in WW2 and was never rebuilt.

If you visit, do take the included headphones and listen to the narrative. Most is done by the current generation of Lobkowicz family members and quite interesting. Frankly, I think this museum would be significantly less interesting without the narrative. They discuss the family and share some of their art collection. It is at the end of the castle area but it is not included on the castle ticket. It is worth the extra price.

The sculpture of Franz Kafka is very cool.

It is a large shiny metallic structure in a small square and every few minutes twists and turns, which was an unexpected bonus.

Free to see - there are also coffee shops around. Well worth a look.

Took a tour at the Municipal House and what a place. The tour was informative and interesting. One can buy tickets online and pictures are not only allowed but encouraged here. Not suitable for children under 10. Highly recommend it!

This is a stunning church with a very grand, opulent interior.

The entrance fee is only CZK 100 for an adult and it was not busy when we went in.

    Well worth a look.

From here you can enjoy a stunning view over Prague, I suggest to come a bit before the sunset and drink a few beers.
    Nice place, really suggested.

We bought a ticket and audio guide which gave us access to all of the sites but we didn't have time to visit them all. The Spanish synagogue was very beautiful but the most interesting element was the old cemetery and the small synagogue with the names of all the holocaust victims. My audio tour stopped working half way round and the guide I spoke to was unable to help me with it, which was a little disappointing.
