We found this tourist office helpful to provide some good maps of Central Prague. useful place to pick up leaflets of what is on etc. It is just along from the Old Town Hall which has the astronomical clock which is under repair at present. The entrance to the clock tower here where you can go up for great view of the square.
Many marriages take place here as well in the hall at the back..

Like to add my 2 cents or in this case 2 koruna to this review. I was at the Art Deco Imperial Hotel, which is about one block from Palladium Mall and about 2 blocks from Municipal House. There were 2 money exchange places right near me. One was giving a larger amount than the other. One thing to ask and look for is whether they charge a fee. The place with the higher amount charged a fee, which brought the exchange to lower than the other place that did not charge a fee. So compare and ask them straight out. How much do I get for 100 dollars/euros/yen, whatever your currency. And ask any fee ? Then compare to other places. The place I used was at 13 na Porici. Use a bank first choice, and avoid private places that are big chain operations.

The Czech National Bank Visitor Centre was a highlight of our visit to Prague, and is completely free to visit.

On the main floor, there is a modern, well-designed interactive exhibit in Czech and English educating visitors of all ages on monetary policy and the financial system. There are activities where you can try your hand at setting interest rates and identifying counterfeit currency.

In the bank vault, there is the 100 million Czech koruna gold coin, and numerous displays in Czech on the history of the currency, with English guidebook provided.

Engaging with all the exhibits could easily take two hours. Entrance is at the north end of building, and there is security screening. Open Tues-Sat at time of writing.

The Vaclav Havel Airport Prague is a standard looking airport without much anything special. What I like about the airport though is the convenient location of the bathroom right near the exit. What surprised me too is that we did not need to go through custom again when transiting via Zurich. We only needed to go through border control via Zurich and then can directly exit once we arrived at Prague. The walk is especially short from gate to the baggage pickup, which is convenient. If you booked the Prague Airport Pickup, they wait right outside the baggage claim area. Once you go out the door and up the escalator, you are on the way to your hotel. All in all, I consider the short walk, cleanliness of the airport, and the convenient bathroom locations great pluses for this airport.

This airport seems to do everything differently than pretty much any other airport that I’ve been to.

Upon arrival, you are chucked into the main terminal building with all the outbound passengers and forced to find passport control, which is bang in the middle of the departure lounge (???). This involved a 45 minute wait, so be aware of this when booking onward travel.

Departures are non-sensical. You go through security at the gate which is bizarre, as it means you can’t buy any drinks to take on to the flight unless you use the vending machine provided afterwards, where you will be charged 50Kč (€2) for a 200ml pepsi!

Two or three gates are grouped into one section, so you will be queuing for security with other flights. This wouldn’t necessarily be an issue if the lines weren’t so painfully slow. Two lanes of bag scanners and one single body scanner for two flights (with a combined 400 people!) is absolutely idiotic.

A lot of staff are just plain rude and take joy in inconveniencing British citizens because of Brexit, even though it was five years ago and half the country didn’t vote for it.

We picked up the USE IT map from Brussels, and we felt that there were some mistakes on the map, although it was still helpful. With the beer places indicated on the map, we went to what was supposed to be #5, but I believe it was #3 instead - still delicious, but took us a while to realize it was flipped. Thank you for working so hard to put these together - much better than a regular map from the TI desk!

After we being Insulted by waiter in Klub Lávka next to Karlův Most we tried to reach they menager but he refused to talk to us, we waited about 40 minutes in bar area desperately asking other waiters just to call they supervisor or menager as we wanted to report the problem but they didn't care much and refused to get involved, only one waiter went to his menager (we saw through the glass) he informed hos menager that 2 customers are waiting to talk to him regarding complain but he just walked away, we was devastated and we are still desperately trying to reach to management pushing and asking all available veterans just to call the manager as we would like to report the abusive and aggressive accident caused by they rude waiter who verbally very aggressively attacked us in the bar, after 40 minutes we sadly had to leave without having option to report incident that was caused by they aggressive waiter.
Today 4 days later I didn't receive respond fro 5 emails sent to Klub lávka and also emailed we emailed Prague tourist complain department. Will add photo of the waiter who was extremely rude and super aggressive to us without any basic manners, our kids are older then him and this is not acceptable for such a behaviour, we are deeply hurt aswell by Klub Lávka management who refused to hear our voice.
