I took the bus today, February 3, from Salzburg to Cesky Krumlov, departing at 15:00. It was cold and rainy in Salzburg, and I got to the station early. There was barely any shelter at the station and I got soaked. The bus was already there at 14:00 but they would not let anyone on until 14:45. The staff seemed okay at first, just not very friendly, but one of the Chinese on board got confused at the stop in Linz and tried to get information from the driver (driver was the man with very short hair). The driver got agitated very quickly and yelled at the woman that she was showing him the wrong ticket on the phone. Very aggressive demeanor. He then ripped the phone out of her hand, made a huge show using dramatic body language of getting the right ticket on her phone, then yelled "no, not your stop!" at her, and then yelled at her that she was in the wrong seat, and pointed to the back aggressively. Then stormed off, got off the bus and shook his head as he got off and smoked. I was afraid to confront because he seemed to give the attitude of "I'm the boss and don't challenge me".
