Kampa Park is a charming and tranquil spot, perfect for a relaxing break if you have some free time. It’s a lovely place to sit outside and unwind, especially after checking out the yellow penguins and the intriguing Černý baby sculptures.

Slovansky Ostrov is a beautiful island in the Vltava River and Zofin is a beautiful building on the island, constructed in 1884 ,the Zofin Palace was a noted music venue with such luminaries as Wagner, Liszt, Berloiz,Dvorak and Tchalsky who were some of the top composer's of the day and who's compositions are still cherished, the island itself offers amazing views of the Vltava River and the beautiful architecture both sides of the river, if you're planning a holiday to Prague I highly recommend you seek out this cute little island New Town ( Nove Mesto ) side of the Vltava River.

The Seminary Garden is a fantastic garden and park area of Petrin Hill.
Nice paths through a mix of well kept and unkempt parks and gardens makes for a delightful walk ,my twin brother and I were up in the Petrin Hill area on a beautiful March morning, we had a bit of an explore around this garden area, views out to the city below and the Vltava River were stunning, if you're planning a holiday to Prague its most definitely well worth checking out .

Childrens Island is a superb little island set aside for the kids that's a cool place to visit.
We were walking along the riverbank and crossed over the little arched bridge that brings you into the park ,sand pits, zip lines, water features and ball courts ,its a nice area and if your in this most beautiful of cities and with the family a nice stop off,its location between Legion Bridge ( Most Legii ) and Jirasek Bridge ( Jiraskuv Most ) is cool and very easy to find .
    Well worth a visit

If you want have break from your kids and chill, you should visit this place....is really huuuuge...not so great for small children, even if there is area for children from 0-4y., this place is much better for older children. They can run and jump everywhere. There is also caffeteria, you can get food for children, they can organize for little money also birthday....is close to the subway station " Kolbenova". Enjoy :-)

Me and my sons loved ii. The most we fell in love with movie boxes and sent many selfmade videos as souvenirs. The children even built some structures according to their imagination. Entertaining and informative. It was certainly not the last visit.

Vyšehrad is full of nice grounds and city vistas. Although it is hilly, it is a pleasant place to wander as a family. This playground is in the south-west corner of the fort, right near one of the upper entrances. There are free bathrooms (although a bit cramped) about 100 yards/meters away by the two restaurants on the other side of the trail leading from the entrance to the fort. There is a water fountain at the playground.

This is a nice little playground, geared for about ages 4-8. There is a little zip line, some swings, and a little 'town' of structures with a wall around it. It is more designed for imagination than exercise. There are plenty of benches and some shade and overall a nice place to hang out with the kids for a while.
