Very interesting and informative memorial to these SOE trained paratroopers. I found it emotional being in the room where they spent their last days - I had known about the operation to kill Heydrich through history programmes but being here was very worthwhile. I found it moving to see the extent of people involved in the operation and the terrible revenge handed out against them by the Nazis. Also worth a visit is the section of road where the killing took place - it's a 20 minute tram ride away and has been done tastefully and in an understated way.

I’m not a museum goer. They usually bore me. We only came here to whittle away a couple of hours before a gig in the area.

Our big regret was not allowing us more time because this place is outstanding. The level of detail and the entire layout is first class. Some of the stuff they have!! Such friendly staff too.

It’s out of the way in Zizkov but it’s only about 30 mins walk from the old town and it’s well worth it. It’s free entry too.

There is the huge monument further up the hill too which offers fantastic views of the city too.

    Go!!

Great Tour, nice Guide. A reservation is needed. The tour was just over an hour and we got to enjoy every minute of our visit. The Tour was interactive and our Guide, Victor, involved us in the tour and was very passionate about this topic. 10/10 would recommend

Decent amount of aircraft spanning from WW1 to 1980s. If you love gliders and trainer aircraft, this museum has the most I've seen! If you're interested in history of Czechoslovakian aviation, this is a must. If you think this is going to be comparable to the Museum of Flight in Seattle, very much not in the same league. Worth an easy trip from Prague, free entrance. Be aware the museum is split into two areas and street signage to the other part is lacking, just go by the map at the main entrance. Glad I went.

A beautiful original gate, located on the Republic Square, is one of the most important gates in Prague. It was constructed in 1475 of Gothic structure. 186 stairs in the spiral staircase to the top provides an awesome view over the city. It is a fantastic photo op. Don’t miss this attraction.

If you have an interest in aviation and aviation history in other countries make sure you visit this historical airfield and museum. It is a stones throw from the metro station at Letnany and just a short walk from the larger aviation museum at Kbely.
