- Traveler2757545 contributionsWas a lot of hype for the Chico bridge. It was good at points as a man singing look like Harold Bishop. However, do not be fooled. He is not Harold Bishop. Repeat, he is not Harold Bishop!!Written May 22, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- OnleaveagainStratford-upon-Avon, UK7,240 contributionsLocated opposite the National Theatre building. Built-in the late 1900 century it links the main part of the city with Lesser island. It provides excellent views up and down the River Vltara with the former giving an opportunity to see the famous Charles Bridge. Not as interesting as some of the other bridges in Prague but worth a fleeting visit.Written August 21, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- WenovoMorris County, NJ2,089 contributionsTrendy , but not original to Prague.
Over the last 20 years with the tourism boom, quirky little things like this started to appear. I have seen it in Paris before I saw it in Prague.
It is cute, it is romantic, it is damaging.
The damaging part: the weight of the locks on the railing and the metal keys tossed into the water below as a part of the ritual.
The city is periodically removing the locks . Exercise in futility .....Written September 10, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - borninRometotravelRome, Italy139 contributionsConnecting super smart Pariszka with Letnà park, this lovely bridge was built at the beginning of last century in art nouveau style. Cross it when the sun starts going down, on your way to spectacular views from atop of Letnà. The bridge has beautiful statues and iron decorations.Written March 6, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Neil KLiverpool, UK610,798 contributionsManesuv Most ( Manes Bridge ) is yet another great looking bridge spanning the Vltava River ,it connects the Ales Embankment with the Lesser Quarter and named in honour of Czech artist Josef Manes ,opened in1916 ,it's a great bridge to cross offering great views of the river and the architecture lining each side of the River Vltava.Written May 17, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Neil KLiverpool, UK610,798 contributionsThe Jireskuv Bridgge ( Jireskuv Most ) is a rather modern bridge that compaired to the other famous bridges crossing the Vltava River such as Charles Bridge,Legion Bridge or Palacky Bridge but it does offer great views of the beautiful river and the famous architecture along the riverbank including the superb Dancing House Building,if you're planning on visiting the beautiful city of Prague it's a bridge I highly recommend you check out.Written May 20, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Neil KLiverpool, UK610,798 contributionsMy twin brother Stephen and I were walking down the famous Lidicka ,a street with some great pubs along ,we were in fact crossing over Palackeho Most ( Palacky Bridge ) and heading over the New Town ( Nove Mesto ) .
The views afforded from this bridge are special, you have the beautiful Vltava River and the great architecture along both sides of the river ,love looking at the boat bars moored along the riverbank ,we actually visited three of these on our eight days holiday to Prague ,the bridge was constructed in 1876 and after the stunning Charles Bridge is the oldest functioning bridge in Prague ,it's such an iconic bridge and if you're planning a trip to Prague is most definitely well worth checking out .Written May 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
