This was a nice break from the bustle of the main tourist area. Take a short walk from the metro station. The signage makes it easy to find. There is nice shade in many areas and the views are great. You can explore at leisure for free, but there are modest fees to go in some of the buildings, such as the cathedral and art gallery. The cemetery is fascinating and not to be missed.

We made a quick stop here to see the clock and all the parts move on the hour. Especially interesting were the 11 disciples passing through the openings.

If you visit, do take the included headphones and listen to the narrative. Most is done by the current generation of Lobkowicz family members and quite interesting. Frankly, I think this museum would be significantly less interesting without the narrative. They discuss the family and share some of their art collection. It is at the end of the castle area but it is not included on the castle ticket. It is worth the extra price.

This beautiful 17th century baroque church, chapels and cloisters and definitely worth visiting. It was a unique experience and not like the other churches in Prague. This is close to Prague Castle and can be combined with that visit.

Worth stopping by if you’re in the area. Basically just climb the stairs to the top and then marvel at the view :) There are a few info boards posted on the landings on the way up in Czech and English if you’re really interested in the towers history. Bonus tip: half price entry if you get there in the first hour after opening!

Rudolfinum is an impressive Neo-Renaissance building completed in 1885 on the bank of the Vltava River.

It has always been associated with music and art. Today it is the seat of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra.

Its largest music auditorium, the stunning Dvorak Hall, is known for its excellent acoustics.

The Galerie Rudolfinum and Cafe Rudolfinum are also located at this building.

Mostly medieval and religious art. The museum building is impressive itself close to old town in Prague 🇨🇿. Main room has all walls painted in black. Would have appreciated a different choice of background for the paintings, completely black wall behind each painting in the main rooms just took away from the immersive colorful experience that these works have to offer.

Visiting Prague for just two days, we came across the Jewish quarter. We saw the grave yard and my daughter wanted to look round so bought a ticket for that, which included visit to the Spanish synagogue, but that was closed. You enter through a monument showing every name and dates of birth and death of every Jew killed in WW2, then you walk through the grave yard. So many tomb stones, which seem to have just been thrown there. Then you realise the wall around the grave yard is very deep, and thousands of Jews are buried on top of each other. Once again another reminder of how cruel a human being can be so cruel to their fellow man/woman/child.

Great view and amazing library but we were 50 persons in one group instead of the 25 max mentioned on the website. This is way too much to enjoy the visit. Visit that is too expensive for what you get!

The walls themselves are not very impressive, although they are massive and very high. But the view you have from the alleys on their ridge is extremely beautiful. Going around the citadel along the walls you'll have Prague views from various angles and also nice view of Vltava river.

This museum is dedicated to Anton Dvorak, the great Czech composer known for employing aspects of Czech folk music of Bohemia and Moravia into his compositions. The museum is on two floors. The lower floor mainly documents his life, while the upper floor does the same, but is mostly taken up with presentation of his music and operas. There's a listening post that plays many of his most famous compositions such as Symphony No. 9, the Czech Suite, plus much more that I wasn't familiar with.

The museum is great for fans and interesting even for non dedicated, but interested in classical music types.

This is a beautiful small basilica and a must see when visiting Prague castle as it is part of the complex. St Ludmila of Bohemia is buried here, but unfortunately one can only see the burial site from a far.

Very good and pleasant experience, Not too crowded and it was well kept. There were audio books but there wasn’t any physical description of the things so they could do it better.

Very small theatre room and the chairs were a bit uncomfortable. The show was cheesy in the extreme and half the audience left at the intermission. Not sure if they thought the show was over or they just didn't enjoy it.
We particulaly enjoyed the magician and horse.

The metro station is the most famous station in Prague. It’s nice to taking pictures, but at the end of the day it’s just a metro station.
