This would have been even better if the water was working but still good fun lol. The bottom swivels and I can imagine this statues sees lot of silliness

Good walking area and this Male Namesti Fountain is georgeous fountain. You will find this fountain in front of Hard Rock Cafe. This fountain just looks nice.

This is a very simple fountain, but beautifully decorated with sculptures. There are four sculptures by Anna Chomsky. Each of the sculptures is of a musician, playing a different musical instrument. The sculptures are superb for their sense of movement and joy of playing music.

Sadly the fountain is well away from the main tourist circuit, although it is close to Prague central station and Henry’s Tower. It’s worth a detour if you visiting either of those. I visited twice, during the day and in the evening. Definitely visit during the day, at night, the lighting isn’t good enough to get good photos.

If you visit Prague, make sure to visit Charles Bridge, the Clock, etc. But also, make sure to leave Old Town to visit this fountain. I love to walk, so this is definitely within walking distance of all of the great places to see in Prague. I've been singing about Good King Wenceslas all of my life at Christmas time, so this was a chance to put a song with a location. Hop on Hop Off Tours will bring you to this location as well.

Kohl's Fountain, sometimes known as Lion Fountain sits inside Prague Castle near the Medieval Well.

It wasn't flowing while we were there but was impressive all the same.

Located down Namesti Kinskych is this rather odd but very cool fountain .
Fontana Propadiste Casu ( Fall Of Time Fountain ) is most definitely a fountain that is a reminder of when this beautiful city was under the influence of a communist regime,it's a concrete and rock fountain that when working looks superb ,like most fountains in the winter months it's not in operation ,I passed it at 3am in the morning after having a few beers in Klub Ujezd ,I took a few photos before heading for my tram to get me back to my hotel.
Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

I found this fountain to be very nice. It’s in a square. Not many people paid attention to it. If walking by it’s worth looking at. Not sure I’d go out of the way to see it.

Old Town Square ( Staromestske Namesti ) is one of the most beautiful square's in Prague ,great architecture surrounds this square ,it's a hive of activity ,one of the most beautiful buildings here is St a Nicholas Church and near the entrance is the Dolphin Fountain.
This is a bit of a curio ,it's obviously ancient but it's also unusual in that it's got a statue on of two dolphins intertwined ,can't get the connection with Prague but it's a fascinating addition to visiting this church and well worth checking out if you're on Old Town Square.

I love nothing better than walking around the beautiful Old Town of Prague,so many historic squares to stumble upon ,one such square is Anenske Namesti.
Home to a theatre and cafe bar ,the architecture around this square is exquisite ,in the centre of the square is a sort of roundabout ,this square is unfortunately not pedestrianised is Anenske Namesti Fountain .
Anenske Namesti Fountain is a beautiful looking fountain ,it's encased in a pretty and ornate cage as is the norm throughout the city,it's very photogenic, makes for some great photographic opportunities ,if you're near Anenske Namesti it's a fountain well worth checking out.

Located on Namesti Jiriho Z Podebrad is the beautiful church called Kostel Nejsvetejsiho Srdce Pane ,one of the most recognisable landmarks sites in the Zizkov District, also located in this pretty park is a rather cool looking fountain.
This fountain known as Sjednocena Evropa Fountain ,this is most definitely a communist era fountain ,rather brutalist in its appearance, its most definitely a piece of architecture from its time ,drab concrete but at the same time rather eye catching, I liked the look of it anyway ,would have loved to see this water feature working ,its most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Namesti Jiriho Z Podebrad.

My twin brother Stephen and I were wandering around the Smichov District of Prague,Praha 5, when we cut through this park to head to a cafe and what a nice park this is.
It's not big but it's interesting, there's a statue in honour of Jakub Arbes ,the famous writer and intellectual here plus this fountain, the fountain is in my opinion cool,it's not ornate ,it's a proper communist era fountain,no frills ,just a water feature but I loved it,the fountain is easy to locate in Arbes Park along Arbesovo Namesti and is certainly worth a few minutes of your time.

This is a great place for BBQ with friends. Beautiful park in the city center with tables, benches and water tap. Bistro with beer and limo is nearby, you can borrow the BBQ tools there or buy a marinated meat for grilling. Reservations of grillpoint are made via the internet, activation is via SMS. Awesome place, we love it. So popular that you need to reserve it in advance.
