Prague is a beautiful city with such a tumultuous history, and to have a local like Ross talk so passionately about his city including what it was like to grow up here in the 80s was a real privilege. The earphones provided were perfect so we could always hear what he was saying even while walking between the many sights we went to. - Janie HMonroe, WA10 contributionsThis tour was our first activity in Prague and laid a perfect foundation for our other tours and sightseeing in this beautiful city. I cannot say enough about our guide, Rosie. Her knowledge of the country and the Castle District was obvious. She shared a lot of information, not only about the history of Prague but also provided context about what was happening in the world during the key events. I also enjoyed gaining insight into the people of the Czech Republic. I find their pride in their nation and culture inspiring.
Rosie was patient and ensured she met every need of our group of about 20. She was willing to spend extra time to answer questions and provide recommendations about dining options and other must-see attractions.

The Premiant City Tour was willing to reschedule our cruise for another evening. They responded very quickly and were very accommodating. He took us to his favorite local places and introduced us to the owners of the restaurants and described each food we ate perfectly! - FarAway178203145641 contributionThis is literally the biggest waste of time I've ever had in my life! The first day we got the red line, and we had no idea the audio is on an app on your phone, not the bus. The wifi on the bus is sketchy at best so you may or may no get the audio at all, and the app is glitchy so by the time you get it to work you're way past what you were looking at anyway! That's if you know where you are to set the audio off in the first place. The staff said it picks you up automatically and starts - spoiler alert, it doesnt. You have to do it manually and have no idea where you are at any point to set it off.
We figured maybe that was just a bad line so persevered and tried the blue line the following day. I would never have believed it possible, but that was even worse! Apparently the bus went backwards on the map so we went from stop 1 to stop 8 (nobody told us that), then we missed some stops, created new stops that didn't exist at all, and did the stop numbers in such a bonkers order it was absolutely impossible to follow where you were on the audio at any point! Add to this that that there are hardly any buses, and they sell loads of tickets so you can basically never get on and very often wait well over an hour for a bus, and you don't dare "hop off" for fear you'll never actually make it back!
The one star I'll give for the walking tour of the castle however which was outstandingly good, and we had a brilliant tour guide who was really knowledgeable and fun, so that was definitely worth doing. Which was fortunate as that's literally the only bit of knowledge I got from 2 days of the bus.

The operator was easy to work with and covered all the possibilities (weather) and the tour guide (Sebastian) was engaging, funny and insightful. I would have no hesitations in recommending this activity. We customised a tour that met our needs and Martin was very informative giving us a history lesson as well as talking about the geography and local culture and customs. - S A10 contributionsYou’ll love this tour if you like smaller group settings and if you enjoy learning a bit about the local culture and beer. I was impressed by our guides knowledge of history, and his experience abroad to make this event even more entertaining. We visited 4 breweries and they each had a unique reason for why they were on our tour. I won’t bore you details, but if you’re thinking it might be fun to sample some Czech beers and go to some cool spots and meet nice and interesting people do this tour. Despite the heavy rain and wind, our tour guide (Jani)? of Premiant City Tour pulled out all the stops to keep us entertained, informed and dry (where she could). Because of the high river levels the cruise part of the tour had to be cancelled; but that didn't matter to us as we were in the company of some very nice people, in fact only four tourists were on the tour.
