The people were friendly, the place was clean (there were nice showers), and the instructor helped me when I didn't understand. I speak a little Czech but occasionally got lost. Booking was very easy and communication with the studio was flawless. When I had to reschedule due to a cold, the staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Upon arriving at the salon, I was greeted by a smiling masseuse, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere.
I booked in for a Thai Aromatic Oil Massage and really appreciated being given a choice of several pleasant scents. Having experienced it directly from Thailand, I had some idea of what this massage should look like and I have to admit that it met my expectations.
A big plus is the clean, modern interior.
After the massage I was served hot tea, which was a nice end to the experience. The class was in Czech but easy to follow along (basic hot yoga / Bikram poses). The instructor, Inga, was fantastic and very helpful correcting poses in English.
I was able to rent a mat, towels, and get a large bottle of water. The room was full and quite humid. Hydrate! Men’s locker room was spacious and very clean. There are lockers with locks, and nice showers.

The staff is helpful and open, the Studio in Pankrac is clean and good organized, But hard to find for a Tourist anyway.
The lessons are traditionally all the same, the instructors managed it to create a personal note and respond to the Atmosphäre of the vergessen class.
