- Erich B2 contributionsWhat a terrible experience and we recommend avoiding at all cost. Our flight was delayed for four hours and caused us to arrive two hours after check in time. We called and message the hotel’s number before takeoff to let them know of the late arrival. They said it wouldn’t be a problem and we would be able to check in once we showed up.
After landing, around 1:30 am, I received an email saying our booking had been canceled due to the no show policy. We called their number and the customer service agent was rude and said that they couldn’t help us and that the reception was closed. We were stuck on the street trying to find a hotel at 2:30 in the morning. Now we are trying to fight to get our money back for having to find an alternative hotel during our vacation.

It was less than satisfactory. Packaging was not good. I asked for a box- I received a much larger box than I can carry to the airport. Not good communication skills- there is a language barrier. I regret to have had the stop. It was a pleasure to visit Bella Hats and experience first class service and the knowledge about the correct type of hat that suited me. There was no pressure to make a purchase but I left with a beautiful hat that I will use for many years to come. I will definitely be back.
