We were strolling through town on our way back to our apartment when we spotted the shop and even though it was already 9 pm we were welcomed to enter because the lovely owner was still busy inside. The sheer number of amazing items - jewellery, textiles, paintings and drawings, hats, collectibles - was overwhelming and we travelled back in time to the 19th century. I found a fantastic blouse with traditional stitching in mint condition and a Czech Plyšák, some sort of bed cover or wall hanging, a bit like a thin rug from 1900/1920 in beautiful colours. The owner was ever so friendly to explain the origins of the items and we will definitely come back on our next visit to Prague.

It is a little shop full of amusements and all sorts of curiosities. The shop owner is very kind and showed us a lot of very interesting items, and the shop itself is like a museum. My friend and I got a few items from there that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. The price is fair and I would go buy the whole shop if I win the lottery one day!!!

I was visiting Prague for a few days and--as usual--was on the hunt for some jewelry treasures; Antiques Cinolter turned up in a google search. Lucky me! The shop is situated not far from Prague's Old Town's main square and offers a spectacular array of antiques. I focused immediately on the jewelry and quickly zeroed in on a stunning deco-style ring with diamonds and a synthetic sapphire. (You know you are I the right shop when the proprietor is completely upfront about the quality of the stones.) In addition to the ring, I landed on a spectacular diamond necklace that likely dates to the 1920s as well. Vera, one of the shop assistants, was extremely helpful as was Martin Cinolter himself. They were able to shorten the diamond necklace in about forty minutes' time, which was very much appreciated since I was leaving for home the next day. I recommend this shop highly and am already looking forward to returning one day when I next go to Prague.

Went to Bric a Brac twice. The first day I went I just went to the small front store. The next day I was excited to discover that there was a larger store in the walkway behind the store. Much more space and items. The owner was fantastic! He made me a cup of tea and shared some home made banana bread and great conversation. Loved it! My disappointment was that everything was soooooooooooo expensive and mostly unaffordable for me. The prices were at least twice or more than I would expect in other antique stores of similar type in other places. For instance I saw a custom “pearl” necklace that I would see for maybe $15-20 was $100. He has some great items, if yuu have the budget.

My husband and I have visited this shop a few times on our travels to Prague and the shop owner is a delight to work with. She is nice, knowledgeable and let's you take your time. This shop is a must when you visit Prague. There are a lot of watches, instruments, clocks, pocket watches, jewelry and more. Most of the stuff is antique which adds to its charm. Although she will take a credit or debit card she prefers you to pay in cash.
