I was there with my whole family, 4 people. The View îs charming and atractive. Staff îs very polite and proffesional, willing to explain everything, especially Mrs. Minodora Carciumaru. Many thanks!

Well, the church was being renovated when I was there. But we could go in anyway. A lot of old icons, paintings there. It is called "princely church" because it was set aside for the worship of the regal family.

Dealu Monastery is a 15th-century monastery in Dâmbovița County, Romania, located 6 km north of Târgoviște. The church of the monastery is dedicated to Saint Nicholas.

It enriches the Romanian cultural heritage, being among the oldest princely foundations, undergoing few changes over time, although it was not spared by the bad times that affected the Wallachia.

The Bucharests' Gate is a gate that marks the former entrance in the city, today standing like a landmark that is forgotten, as you can't visit it inside and there are a lot of rubbish around it. Actually, it's hard to reach it as you can't find any parking spaces around and you the pietonal crossing roads are far away.

Tihs place offers a unique exibition of art inspired by Nicolae Grigorescu. It also boasts impressive works by the painter Theodor Aman, other romanian painters, some unkown painters but also some copies of Grigorescu's masterpieces. Bonus: It has a painting by Queen Maria of Romania. It is a must-see and it's FREE!
