    Reliable service
    I used this service for transport from jeddah to makkah. They are very reliable providing point of contact for driver beforehand. The car was spacious and clean. Would definitely use this again

    Ok, but not the best when it comes to safety and honesty.
    They’re a good company. That’s how they make their money. Of course they have to keep up with the competition. WARNING: Make sure you pay in SAR. Don’t pay in USD/GBP as they will rip you off in conversion rate and demand more money from you. I experienced this as I didn’t have enough SAR and when I tried to pay them in USD they took advantage of me. Also, I was disappointed to see that the (Muslim) driver didn’t pray any of the prayers the whole time he was with us. DANGER: The driver was on his phone the whole time from Makkah to Madinah and within Madinah tour. Very unsafe and dangerous.

    Several Ways
    There are several ways to go to Makkah by Taxi. You can use Uber or Careem applications or take a ride from Makkah Gate where all Taxi stop there or you can take Taxi from airport

    Humbling experience
    Shoaib is an excellent human being. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable of the entire area, excellent in communication, and above all made us very comfortable. I advise to use him if you are traveling with family (especially women)

    Wonderful experience
    Booking was straight forward and it was a smooth communication on who was picking us up. The car was large enough for party of 8 with loads of luggages... 9 big luggages and 7 hand luggages.. I recommend booking this company for your transportation service.
