- AinsworthsCairns, Australia134 contributionsWhat a lovely wine tasting experience! We hadn’t planned to go here on this day but our plans changed so we tried to book online but couldn’t as you need to book online 24 hours in advance. We phoned them and they were happy for us to go. Staff were friendly and so knowledgeable about their wines. We already knew we loved their whites but was great to try them all. Next time we will book for lunch as the aromas coming from the kitchen were amazing!Written August 7, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dan LBunbury, Australia6,668 contributionsWe visited Entally Estate when returning from Campbell Town. Not sure why its included under Launceston attractions when its some 16km distance. We got a feeling of history when we arrived at the carpark and spotted the mature trees and the attractive buildings from another era. Our visit was enhanced by the enthusiasm of the young lady who met us and gave a great overview of the history and the safety precautions that we should take when climbing the sharply angled stairs to the upstairs rooms. The place oozes history, the accessible rooms tastefully furnished in period style and aptly labelled. Remarkable treasures from a bygone era on display. More history outside, the chapel dating to 1840, the conservatory and walled garden, coach house and coach displays, stables and farmyard. Another highlight of Tasmania.Written May 10, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- GeorgeWanaka, New Zealand1 contributionBig thank you to Fee & Dutchie for the fantastic cellar door tasting at their beautiful Jinglers Creek Vineyard. The setting is magic, the wine superb and the causal, homely atmosphere all makes for a great time.Written November 16, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Michael PSydney, Australia190 contributionsUnfortuately, I missed seeing this shop on my recent trip to Launceston. However, I have been using its on-line service and must say it is very comprehensive and easy to use,.I ordered some pinot and some chardonnay to be sent to me in Sydney. I was pleasantly surprised to see an email from the Shop informing me of the sever heat that the eastern seaboard will experience in the next few days and giving me the option of delaying sending until temperatures had returned to less extreme ones. What a great piece of customer care!Written January 13, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
