    One of best castle/ museums I have seen. What a collection.
    Wow amazing place. A museum and portrait gallery all in one. The chapel is so beautiful. Each room was more ornate than the last. Have to say one of the most best castle / museum I have seen and I have been through lots on my travel.

    Since 1878, Frederiksborg Castle has housed the Museum of National History. Here, 500 years of Danish history is illustrated through portraits, paintings, furniture, sculptures and decorative art. Sort of explains the massive collection and the condition of this beautiful building. Give yourself several hours to see it all. Parking across the road.

    They also have a decent restaurant on site.

    Spectacular
    Spectator architecture. Services are still held here. The upper level is where we toured through and it and it was definitely worth seeing.

    Amazing
    An amazing place to walk and see views across to the castle. The work that has gone into the garden is impressive and the is lots to see, even in autumn.

    Within the stunning castle is a fabulous hosting of a museum that portrays the Danish golden era and more.

    In lavish rooms the treasures are beautifully displayed and explained. An incomparable collection of portraits is to be seen.

    The Royal Chapel is exquisite. Even though it can be viewed only from the balconies, its magnificent ornate features are superb.

    Great view of the castle
    The best thing about this statue is the view of the castle. As from this very place you can take some great photos. The statue is OK, nothing special.
