This shop ticks all the boxes for sensory stimulation - beautiful ambience at the end of the classy block arcade, and delicious aussie made chocolates to sample and buy.
Their milk chocolate is the smoothest ever and their dark is divine.

Gorge Chocolates Cooriemungle
As you drive through the gates you are greeted by an idyllic setting - rolling hills ( which are green in winter) , ducks, geese, horses, dogs, sheep, cats, pigs and a YUMMY chocolate shop.
We had chocolate samples which of course means you need to buy some for later in the day, but I surprised to see they had a good selection of products that I purchased to take home as gifts.

Service was good, staff were friendly and efficient and also they have introduced us their range of chocolates and explain the differences of the various types of chocolates we have sampled.
Next we selected our gelato, generous scoops and our take home goodies which were definitely shaped by our tasting session opening us all up to new flavours and products we wouldn’t usually purchase.

You will be amazed at what you will find and the prices are unbelievable - stalls galore of secondhand treasures from clothing to homewares, close to all buses, trams & train transport with plenty of car parking.
It has amazing bargain for pre-owned stuffs, ranging from retro clothing, books, tools, musical disc and records to almost everything that you can imagine.
The bookshop is easy to get to -- take the Number 1 or Number 8 tram along Swanston Street going north and get off at Lygon Street, then "follow your nose" as my father would say.
It has a huge range for every age and lots of unique genres so there really is something for everyone.
