I visited this cinema recently to see the movie/documentary Free Solo. I was pleased with the cinema offerings, comfy spacious seating, beer and other assorted beverages. Overall glad to have attended.

First time visit. Will definitely return and recommend. The service I received from the young man who was working on Tues 12th at 4pm was above and beyond. I was very impressed and he is certainly a credit to the business.

Been going here for years. Comfy, parking and fair prices. I have seen the place improve from an old flea pit where you had to take you own cushion.

Stepping through these doors, will offer a retreat that returns you to a seat of nostalgic pleasure & old world charm. The Elizabeth picture theatre tells us that you really can go back to those scenes of love, moments of rapture or to investigate crime; to be carried away & swept up into virtual worlds. Such wise, careful & clever decisions leave thoughts of what remains: ‘Cead mile failte’ - a hundred thousand welcomes is the Irish greeting that still hangs in the air. This beautiful heritage listed building dating back to 1878 has been beautifully & lovingly restored by the Sourris brothers & offers an intimate setting to view your favourite movies on her screens. From the Harp room to the Royal rooms, the Elizabeth picture theatre displays a regal bearing that brings it's audience great delight. The charm comes from so much exquisite, detail.
This architectural design that holds so much art within it's walls, speaks of a Notable excellence, from the memorabilia, the posters, the lead light windows, and the ornamental plaster filigrees lining her ceilings. Everywhere you look she captures your eye. Perhaps it was quite befitting that ‘Promising young woman’ should be our first tickets bought.

We always have great time at this cinema in Westfield shopping centre. The first time we attended we’d booked for a V-Max session which we arrived late for due to traffic but the lady at the counter changed it for us to the next session without making a fuss. The V-Max experience is worth it here, clean rooms and awesome quality throughout. The service is always friendly every time we visit. The only downside for me is the cost; it’s pretty pricey for a movie and snacks for a family of four! However the location is great, right next to an arcade, shops and restaurants so lots to do after your movie, you can’t go wrong!!

I was lucky enough to pay a visit to the cinemas at a time like this! A very refreshing experience. Not the tidiest place, but the low price and center location make up for that. Lost of places nearby to go after watching a movie that will enhance your evening going-out experience!

Great theatres, wonderful seating, so comfortable. Unlike multiplexes, there is always a choice of movies I could watch.
Saw The Farewell here, sad, funny, uplifting.

It was great to be back at Dendy to watch a movie on the large screen again - for the Star Wars special tonight. The contactless purchases were well managed as were the social distancing seating arrangements. Thank you.

We really enjoy palace as a cinema.
Lots of couples of all ages.
The view is spectacular, so we arrive early to have a drink, relax in the lounges and see the view of the CBD, river and Southbank.
Cheese platter is lovely as well.

Sunnybank Cinemas have come a long way since turning into Hoyts. They now have reclining seats all through-out the cinemas which ensures you wont have anyones lap squeezing onto yours in a booked out movie! You get to relax in air con watching hopefully a good movie in the comfort of a recliner - as someone else said its similar to having a gold class feel to it. Although the prices for movies these days are a little steep (at about $25 per person). So I wouldn't go often!

Great picture theater to enjoy a drink and a movie. The seats recline and have leg support. Great place to meet friends and enjoy a movie in great comfort. This is my new place of choice to see a movie.

Great venue with clear and easy levels to sit on.
Sound and visibility of movie was great.

Easy to find with event signs up through the park and good partnership with secure parking facilities near by.

Really friendly team working. Even the security guard was lovely.
Love that you can bring in all your own picnic food and non alcoholic options. Means you can keep the costs down.

    Would definitely go again.

Old Fashion Drive In Theatre only about half an hour drive from Brisbane. Very affordable at $10 per car, perfect for Saturday family outings or couple romantic movie night! Food & beverages are cheap too.
