- Jane Doe2 contributionsIf you are wanting to take your SUP skills to the next level, you cant go past WATSSUP. I had a fabulous time doing training session (aka social group) with Jo and the team. Jo will correct your technique with her eagle eyes so that you can paddle more efficiently with less fatigue. You could tell she’s really passionate about SUP and it shows with the devoted regulars. Cant wait to get back out there! JaneWritten December 14, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Raeleen W1 contributionToday my English class and I went kayaking here. A group of 10. Excellent and friendly service. The location is ideal as it has distant views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge when kayaking on the water, which is great for people visiting from overseas but still breathtaking even for a Sydneysider. We kayaked for just over an hour which is a good amount of time if you're a beginner or you're not usually very active. We would have kayaked longer if we weren't so hungry :) We went to Shark Island and back which took roughly an hour. Compared to other kayaking places this place is good value for money and a lot less expensive than other places I've looked at. They also do paddle-boarding and dinghy hires so next time I might consider the other options. If you kayak longer it would be good to go to the nearby beaches for a swim such as Milk Beach... like beach hopping which perhaps I will consider doing at another time. I would definitely go again and highly recommend it.Written April 12, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DJBSydneyRemuera, New Zealand100 contributionsWe married overseas and wanted to meet up with our Sydney friends to celebrate our wedding. Everything was super easy to arrange and all had a great time. We even got photos sent to us of our day. How good is that?

- TravellingOzzyBondi, Australia15 contributionsWe took our Irish in laws out on the harbour for an amazing afternoon. 4 hours of cruising the harbour, some time for a swim and a paddle board (all provided) and then our skipper (Tim) cooked us lunch while we swam.
Seriously no better way to see the harbour. Thanks Tim, we will be back!

The instructors are so good with the kids, caring, friendly, and able to teach them all essential skills to sail an optimist on their own in just 2 terms. They come home making all sorts of marine knots!
Thanks so much! you can definitely count on us to come back in term 4!Written March 28, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They have two locations that they operate from - Gibsons Beach at Watsons Bay and Rose Bay. Safety is a massive priority for the company and due to a crazy month of weather in Sydney our session was postponed twice due to high winds. The communication from Larry was fabulous - letting us know in advance and helping to reschedule a new date. When we arrived for our lesson, Larry and his offsider were friendly and welcoming. We were soon set up on the beach and had the basic techniques and safety information explained to us. A quick practice of techniques on the sand and it was into the water. It was a small group - just another two participants which meant that we had plenty of feedback from our instructor. Watsons Bay is a beautiful scenic spot and perfect for the local or visitor to Sydney to experience standup paddle boarding. The harbour was smooth and hardly any wind. We paddled over to a nearby beach over crystal clear water. Expect as a beginner to have accidents - wear your swimmers and in cooler weather bring a wetsuit if you have one. You need to be able to swim but the boards have leg ropes as well (so they don't escape if you do come off). Arrive about 15 minutes before your session so you have time to get set up to start on time. The website has clear information on how to find the starting point - just turn left and keep walking along the water once you reach Watson Bay Baths. After you can grab a coffee at the Vaucluse Tea House or Fish and Chips at Doyles. On a sunny day parking can be tricky so allow extra time. We had a fantastic experience with this company for our first time with Stand Up Paddle Boarding - an excellent customer experience - HIGHLY RECOMMEDED.Written May 17, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
