We highly recommend this all day excursion. Our guide, “Scotty”, was both informative and entertaining. He was very flexible in terms of making sure we saw the incredible views of the Blue Mountains. When it was foggy at the first scheduled stop, we traveled on to another vantage point which provided breathtaking vistas. We later returned to the first spot after the fog cleared to ensure that we didn’t miss anything.
Scenic World was fun with the various modes of transportation and a 30 minute walk through the rain forest. The little town where we stopped for lunch had every possible option for food. We picnicked outside under the blossoming cherry trees and then did a bit of shopping, which was the perfect mid day break.
Sydney Zoo was interesting, although a bit smaller than expected. Loved seeing the Australian animals.
The day ended with a ferry ride home which was a nice last touch to the tour. We sat outside, enjoying the cool breeze and the sights from the water.
