    Hello Redfern Team,
It is some weeks now since I did my class with Narelle Clark, but I haven't forgotten the beautiful experience. I wanted to let you know what a fabulous teacher she is.
I was more than impressed with her teaching. I have enjoyed all your teachers during my time with you, but Narelle was a standout. For the first time ever, she showed me exactly how to use the machine, how to adjust straps, how to use the headrest, how to take out the foot rests etc. I learned a lot.
I work for Qantas and my field is customer service. So Narelle immediately stood out to me. She has those unique people skills.
Narelle was such an advocate and had such a passion for body mindlife that I thought she must be an owner and invested in that way.
So a big thank you to Narelle and I look forward to returning and taking one of her classes again soon. She was pretty amazing! Thank you,
    Donna Hall

Krav Maga is a practical self defence system and KMDI is the best place to learn it! The instructors, facilities and classes are all great and the staff and members will make you feel welcome from day 1. Training is suitable to all levels - you will get fit as a side effect while learning techniques that will keep you and your loved ones safe.

This is a workout that doesn't really feel like a workout because it's so different - but don't worry, you definitely see the results. Try the "Reach High" class, where you'll climb, hang and swing, or "Traverse" where you'll learn parkour-style moves to navigate a series of obstacles. You can book into any of their morning, lunchtime or evening classes, plus they have workshops for families, corporate events, and more.

This is particularly suited to people who want to improve their overall health, take care of their joints, increase their mobility and learn new skills. Everyone is so supportive and you're never made to do anything you don't feel comfortable with.

If you are visiting Sydney, you must visit Movement Republic.

Tucked off the main road in Marrickville this location presents an excellent venue to undertake a variety of strength training.

Equipped specifically for powerlifting this gym is one of the few locations that can truly say that they cater for this sport.

Numerous machines & free weights are supported by a variety of free weights, dumbbells, & kettlebells.

Restrooms & change facilities are available onsite.

    On-street parking available.

    Highly recommended.

On the corner of Nicholson Street and Dowling Street in Woolloomooloo, this modern well-equipped gym and community centre offers excellent facilities and a diverse range of classes and workshops: examples include yoga and Pilates, cooking, creative arts aromatherapy.

Clearly a local community centre, It also is suitable for the tourist - day pass, 10 visit pass, 1 month membership.

These guys are terrible. Firstly the gym is not well stocked and machines are not working. Secondly they will keep charging you membership after you request to cancel. Read other reviews before going here.

The Sydney Fitness Centre is situated in between Allianz Stadium and the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Both of which play home to some of Sydney's most prestigious sports teams. Aussie Rules - Sydney Swans , Rugby League - Sydney Roosters , Football - Sydney FC and Rugby Union - NSW Waratahs.

With an esteemed line up such as this one can expect the best out of one Sydney's Exclusive Fitness Centres.

Features that stand out - tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool, large fitness and aerobic gym, spin room, sauna, spa room, massage therapy, crèche and Azure Cafe.

The complete package is clean and modern. The gym however does not compare to other chains who primarily focus on fitness. Upgrades are required with weight and resistance equipment.

SFC is a holistic approach to health and fitness and offers a lot for its membership including on site parking, a big convenience and plus in this day and age.

One key point is the centre is constantly upgrading and improving to stay ahead of any of the competition.

For a one stop shop with all you need in health and well being the SFC trumps all others.
