    Excellent view
    Excellent view and I’m glad we went to have a look. It’s not a long drive up but it was great to look out over Coffs from the top!

    Great walk to the island
    The walk past the marina along the breakwater out to the island is a great way to enjoy this place. When you get to the island you that the track to the lookout on the top of the hill for some of the best photo opportunities in the area. The National Parks team are to be congratulated on the work they do to make the island accessible to visitors and for the information plinths.

    Great Birding Spot
    I am a bird watcher, so I not only enjoy the tranquility of this lovely space, but you can also spot many bird species. They even have a bird leaflet available on their website with 100 or so birds described and when they are likely to be there. I highly recommend it for bird watching, walking or just relaxing, a great place, and it is FREE!

    Great fun park but poor ticketing system
    Park is great for all ages with a nice variety of activities & rides, however ticketing is bazaar. Like most people we bought our tickets online but then had a 25 metre lineup to 1 window to get our armbands, whereas there were 2 windows with a very short line for buying tickets there on the day. Im a local so next time I won’t book online. Very poor system and frustrated lots of people.

    Carobana is a great place to visit
    A fabulous place to visit this family owned business. Interesting to watch the honeycomb being made with an explanation of the process. A coffee shop is a new addition but the highlight for our family is taste testing the samples then selecting their favourites to purchase. We’ll worth a visit

    Interesting and worth the stop
    Something different to view, a Clog Barn in Australia. Primarily a tourist / souvenir shop, a full replica of a Dutch countryside at the side of the property is a site to see. Very interesting and worth the stop.

    Well worth the visit
    This small aquarium is well worth the visit and the the modest entry fee assists the university students with the upkeep of the facility. A well curated collection of sea life found in the local area as well as easy to read information plaques. The keeper talks are very good, given by team members who are passionate about their subject. Plenty of free street parking.

    Water, and Sand never looked better!!
    Such a lovely place in the world. The walks all around the harbor are good. The paths are in good repair, we felt very comfortable walking stick around.

    An enjoyable time in the butterfly house
    While some reviewers have complained of the cost to visit this attraction, they should remind themselves of the cost to create the environment for the butterfly community to thrive. There is also the research and conservation work this establishment provides. Overall and enjoyable time at the Butterfly House, the talk by the young gentleman was amazing and informative and the maze is always a lot of fun.

    The views tell the story
    Nice to get some height to get an idea of the landscape. The drive to the lookout goes by a banana plantation. The walk from the carpark is easy. Nice views of the coastline and surrounding bush

    Great surfing beach
    Great for surfing and you can get really good waves even for little kids. Water is pretty warm and there are lifeguards during the day. Overall a great beach.

    excellent. had a great time exploring
    Really enjoyed this cycleway as there are many offshoots to explore and interesting to see where you come out. Boardwalks and bridges and some info signs.

    Looking for a nice walk, this is your place
    If you are looking for a nice walk, this is your place, Easy to access with plenty of parking at the marina / wharf / breakwater precinct. The walk is not that long but the view over the marina and out to sea. The walk at sunset is amazing, especially if you are lucky to have a nice day.

    This is a great walk to do. Excellent views. Relaxing up top is great. And a slow walk back along the boardwalk to some fish

    Nice meal at a good price.
    Nice relaxing veranda overlooking the Nambucca River. Beautiful, fresh seafood from the bistro at reasonable prices. A great place to spend a few hours.
