I use their services twice a year and it’s always very good experience.
I didn’t like the ‘plastic’ clothing they provide for the duration of the massage. Unpleasant to wear and very difficult for the masseur, much more preferred the fabric one. We also added a pedi to our treatments. The latter did not meet expectations, my feet were still dry and in need of scrubbing the day after.
The location and treatment rooms are really calming and nice, the staff very professional but perhaps language barriers are the reason they didn’t guide us through the different steps. If you wish to have a harder massage, you have to ask for it yourself.
