the monument is on the river bank of the city beautiful place to take a strolle especially in the summer that all the trees are green and the flowers are blooming

This area is easily reached by taking Trolleybus # 3. Labour Park is a 10 minute walk from Kirov Park, if you head north on Zhelyabova Street and turn right at the Circus.
Most probably, the monument and its symbolism will say nothing to you if you're not Russian but every grown-up citizen of this country knows his films literally by heart.
