- stkarczOtwock, Poland39 contributionsThis open-air museum (non-official translation: The Park of Miniatures of Podlasie Landmarked Buildings) presents some miniatures of buildings placed in the region of Podlasie: palaces, synagogues, and churches, both catholic and orthodox. Most of them exsist currently, but some of them were destroyed. The latter group include The Russian Cesar's summer palace in Bialowieza, or the holy place of the Orthodox Church - Grabarka Church. You can only see their models in the museum. Every miniature is described - you may read the basic facts about history of the building. The stories are short, but interesting, sometimes fascinating.

Almost frivolous interior with frescos of scenes from the bible and guirlandes. Very well maintained. Fresh flowers near the altar.
