- ElissaClaireNorth Vancouver, Canada537 contributionsEnjoyed our experience here. Spent about 20 minutes walking about, taking pictures, enjoying all the whimsical artwork. There are several levels and need to take the stairs.Written May 23, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jaymz BeeToronto, Canada30 contributionsI am sure this is the biggest cemetery in the world - maybe China or India can compete but wow - I've never seen such a big old cemetery. I don't know how to RATE a cemetery. It reminded me of New Orleans but ten times the size.Written April 26, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- DenitsaSofiaSofia, Bulgaria391 contributionsLovely neighbourhood with colonial style houses. It is clean and green. There are nice restaurants and bars around. I stayed in a beautiful colonial house and fully enjoyed it. The taxi to Habana Vieja is around 8-10 EUR.Written May 23, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- tangi1Elizabeth, NJ781 contributionsOur driver brought us though this beautiful tree lined street area. It is a little neglected and these villa and mansions are now occupied by government agencies, powerful government workers and embassies. We saw hundreds of young people on lines and asked our guide what they were waiting for, Visas for Panama or Honduras to look for entrepreneurial experiences.Written May 16, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

If one is intrested in art, this is a good place to visit. Nice little cafe's and gifts shops. The people working there are friendly and helpsome.Written October 21, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- fredyt3Los Angeles, CA1,314 contributionsRegla is part of the Havana community. It is adjacent Old Havana and the best way to access it is via a boat ferry. The ferry takes about 10 minutes but it is worth the trip as it is an important part of Cuba or the Havana area which most probably miss. My casa particular host stated she is from Regla and indicated the community was created following slavery being abolished and became a place for the freed slaves to rebuild their lives.Written January 9, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- victorcyhoToronto, Canada589 contributionsI have been to China Towns all over the world, and this is the first one where the Chinese community did not thrive and completely withered out.
It is nice to see the left over if the chinese culture and how mixed cultures are here. The arch is not hard to miss, and you see a few "chinese" style restaurants or entertainment.Written November 6, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Coryy20Port of Spain, Trinidad4,582 contributionsThis church is located on the opposite side of the San Jose Market.. I think that's the name...the yellow building where the bus hop on hop off bus starts its journey. The church is definitely beautiful and a cant be missed as it stands almost in the middle of the of a bend in the street.Written October 29, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Lolly’s LookNew York City, NY12,784 contributionsThe Fifth Avenue of Miramar in Havana is the elite wealthy neighborhood for the top government. The tree lined streets are well maintained and the mansions are behind gates. It is just a contrast to the crumbing residential areas that the working class lives in.Written May 9, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
