Doing a local food tour is an easy, and more importantly a fun way to get to know the local specialties, and this food tour by Jolie has been my favourite in Vietnam!
As it happened the other people who signed up for the tour I took canceled because one was ill, so i got a solo tour with guide Rosie, lucky me!
Her knowledge of the city and its local produce and places is very extensive, sharing it with you makes you appreciate the food and locations you will try more then you would otherwise. I loved the enthusiasm she brings making you feel you are fully absorbed in the culinary life of Hoi An, and setting you up to venture further by yourself on the following days.
