- Kieran W1 contributionMyself & my husband totally enjoyed our tour of the dingle distillery this morning. We found our tour guide so interesting & friendlyWritten September 16, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- mafischlHuntington, NY1,990 contributionsThis building is amazing. Built in the seventh century! Don't park in the first lot. They will charge you. Stay on the small road and park on the left side for free with a shorter walk!Written May 5, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Joanne Mgalway46 contributionsAbsolutely fabulous place! Amazing waves & view! The drive here will take your breath away! This is an absolute must visit 😍Written February 23, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- eileen658County Meath, Ireland32 contributionsThis is a hike up the mountain to see Eask Tower and the surrounding views. It is like you are at the top of the world.Written July 20, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Dirk NBelfast, UK11 contributionsThe beehives are a fascinating part of Irelands history and worthwhile seeing for a few euro.
However, trying to make money out of lamb petting, etc is a joke. Ireland lost too many tourists returning because of the greedy few.
On the same route enjoy a stop at The Stonehouse.Written February 3, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - mdc5027New York City, NY48 contributionsI spent a large portion of my trip to Ireland finding as many ruins as I could. In terms of churches this one is middle of the pack, however I still 100% recommend visiting it. It's located in the middle of a cemetery, and is not far by car from the town of Dingle.Written February 12, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- sleepy155Hollywood, FL236 contributionsGetting to this castle ruin is a little more challenging as you must travel down a very narrow road with little space for passing. The location of this castle is perfect. On a hill overlooking the water and the beach. It is worth the visit just to see the beauty of the location. It is not advised to walk near the still standing remains since the stability of the still standing walls may be in question. Not a must visit but worth it.Written August 24, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- WicklowfoodieArklow, Ireland224 contributionsI wanted to visit here to see where Tim Severin set off in his leather boat so many years ago. Very picturesque.Written October 5, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mojo3 contributionsCarol's work speaks for itself - her ability to capture the ocean is simply exceptional. Add in Carol's friendliness and warmth and a trip to Dingle is not complete without a trip to her galleryWritten September 14, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Nicole BPorto Alegre, RS997 contributionsThis was the scene of a massacre of Spanish soldiers and Irish rebels. Today, there is not much there but the remains of the fort and some nice views. The road down there is very narrow.Written August 11, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Sketch2735 contributionsWent on a family trip to the Great Basket Island from Dingle. This was our 2nd time going with Billy and Chris. It's such a fabulous trip. The lads are so nice and told us loads about the wildlife, rocks etc. and really go out of their way to try find more wildlife. Our 2 boys, 8 + 9 loved the speedy boat trip and spotting the dolphins and puffins. They even had a go of driving the boat in the harbour when we got back. The island itself is stunning! We had around 3 hours there. Had a picnic on the beach 'with' the seals and walked around the island after. It's an amazing experience and we're looking forward to going back again. Would love to stay over sometime. I would highly recommend doing this trip with Billy & Chris.Written February 2, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- TheOldAnchorAnnascaul, Ireland53 contributionsIf you've ever wanted to try stand up paddling then Wild SUP is where you need go. Ed, Oona & baby Roan are the best guides. They run a professional and safe company and have vast knowledge of the best spots on the Dingle peninsula and of the sport itself. We went on a paddle Dingle Bay and again on a night paddle on Annascaul lake. If you're heading for the Dingle Peninsula and want to try something a little different, check these guys out! Thanks Ed, Oona & Roan!
Brian & BeataWritten May 5, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Jen2 contributionsWe left the rental car at the hotel and took a 4 hour tour with Mossie, and loved every minute of it! Dingle is beautiful but we got so much more out of it from our tour with Mossie! He showed up on time with a very clean van, and right away, was eager to hear what we were interested in. He’s a fun man to spend the day with and very knowledgeable about Irish culture, language, and history. We didn’t have kids with us but I can imagine Mossie works well with people of any age. Our tour with Mossie will be one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland, I highly recommend him!Written May 12, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Robyn D4 contributionsRory was great - he grew up in Dingle and was very knowledgeable about the area. This was the prettiest part of Ireland we visited and he didn't rush the tour. We were able to explore beaches and take pictures along the way. I would highly recommend this tour - it was fantasticWritten October 4, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- htnRoma13 contributionsThe driver was an excellent driver during the downpour and a very nice guy! In addition he was knowledgeable about the area (Dingle) and had great recommendations about day hikes. I would 100% recommend this shuttle bus/tour operator!Written May 18, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
