- Toni AMelbourne, FL121 contributionsSuch a beautiful place - sitting on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea. The paved walkway from the parking lot down to the castle is a little steep. I use an electric scooter and had no difficulty. My husband paid his entry fee but they did not charge for me! They kindly opened the gate and I rode across the cobblestones and further down to the bridge across to enter the castle. Yes, it is a ruin, but oh so beautiful. The only difficulty would be for someone using a regular wheelchair - it would be hard on the inclines - down and back up!Written April 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Gayle A4 contributionsThis is a must-visit for anyone heading to the North/Northwest coast. Always walk this either on my own, with my husband, or the kids. Sand dunes are great, waves can be awesome and great for a paddle whatever the weather (just bring wet shoes in the winter)Written June 28, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Kazi RDundalk, Ireland65 contributionsOne of the top beach in Ireland with no doubt. View is amazing. Perfect place for fantastic photography. Long sandy beach with big waves.Written August 3, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- John ABelfast, UK1,411 contributionsAfter a particularly stormy month which saw the harbour bashed by severe gales much of the sand inside the harbour has been washed away, and an old fishing boat has emerged. It has been provisionally aged at 200 years.
The outline of the boat can now be seen at a part of the harbour known as the "wee beach".Written March 6, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - alfie50Southwold, UK2,595 contributionsGreat views along the coast
We enjoyed watching the waves crasding
Over the rocks which is great when the weather is a bit wild.
Lots of parking available looking out to sea so you do not have to leave the car.
Good path if you do want to walk up to the topWritten September 16, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Matt MNewtownabbey, UK16 contributionsAfter years off wanting to try surfing i finally bit the bullet and went today. My wife decided to try it also and we both had a great time.
Ethan was our instructor and he was brilliant. He had plenty of time for us both and his instructions were clear.
We will definitely be booking another for another session.Written May 11, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Rosie V1 contributionA fantastic 4 days of surf tuition for my daughter over Easter! Conal was enthusiastic, fun, encouraging and patient as my girl learned to surf! Excellent equipment (board, warm wetsuit, gloves, boots, hood) was provided each morning. So impressed that surfing safety was included as part of the lesson, Conal spent time pointing out rip currents and teaching her how to surf safely. We’ll definitely use Sub6 again! She loved her 4 days of surfing! Thank you!Written April 22, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Chris HMunich, Germany1 contributionGreat experience for a group of 9 guys on a Belfast stag weekend. We had a mix of jumps and rock climbing. We all really enjoyed the activity and the scenery.Written May 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Conor Lamb2 contributionsWe had a great time having a stand up paddle boarding lesson. It was an easy afternoon, enjoying the craic, the setting and the outdoors. TK was our instructor and he was really friendly, taught us the basics, kept us safe and allowed us to have some fun. We were worried we'd be freezing in the water in October but with all the gear we weren't cold at all. I'd thoroughly recommend for all ages and abilities.Written October 5, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Bekka_NIBelfast, UK9 contributionsEnjoyed a great lesson with Hanno. Booked for surfing but unfortunately no surf - Hanno suggested paddle boarding instead and we loved it! Such a great way to see the coastline and a different perspective - great fun. Would highly recommend.Written November 22, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Amy R1 contributionCannot recommend these guys enough! We were lucky enough to discover Causeway Boats when planning my hen. My sister booked for 18 of us to go on a booze cruise. Can honestly say it was the highlight of the whole weekend!
We got on board and were all handed a gin & tonic, a chef made us the most incredible nibbles, including the most amazing handmade scones and canapés. The gin was flowing for the whole journey and the crew absolutely made the trip, they were amazing craic and we all had the best time. The sun was shinning and to top it all off, we were joined by a pod of around 30 dolphins the whole way in and out. It was truly magical! Thank you again Causeway Boats, trip of a lifetime.Written October 22, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Brennan M13 contributionsWe did a private tour of the Carrick-a-Rede Bridge and just loved it. Mark was very knowledge of the history and sharing fun facts along the way. The Bridge was opened just for us and was amazing. It was nice not having the other tourists with us. I also enjoyed the fisherman’s shack and hearing some more history as well as building a fire to better experience what the fisherman had. The views are just breathtaking and one of my favorite stops on our trip. I definitely recommend this tour and Mark!!Written May 2, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
