We did 3 different tours with them during our stay and were very happy with all 3. Skip the group tours and get the comfort, information, and emotional depth of Lina & Alex's tours.
The experience was so great that we ended up booking two more tours while we were there - the Lake Guatape tour and the Pablo Escobar tour (I highly recommend this tour).
