- letchw0rthtravellerSaint-Yrieix-la-Perche, France27 contributionsGreat 3 hours with the family. Plenty for 5 and 7 year olds. More challenging options for older children and adults. In a pine forest and well sheltered from the sun even at midday 33C.

- Spoc47Sale, UK149 contributionsIt’s a lovely walk out of Beziers to the Locks. It’s a real feat of engineering and even now is impressive. Great views of the town as well. Worth a visit even in winterWritten November 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Shirley RPortland, OR14 contributionsBeziers, the oldest city in France, is an unheralded surprise. Great restaurants, beautiful weather and visual treasures are throughout its ancient city center.
It always amazes me that even the small cities and villages in France offer up a host of activities and memorable moments. Beziers is one of them.Written October 26, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - cmc75Deep River, CT57 contributionsJust visited this amazing brewery. It’s located in a large building, which allows them space to create many types of beer. We were a small group and the owner gave us his full attention and an excellent tour.
We sampled 5 or 6 beers from larger to stout, they were all delicious!
Wish they were available in the US!Written October 18, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Certainly not worth a visit on its own merits but a pleasant enough stroll to the musical fountain which itself was… equally ‘OK’.Written June 28, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas VOakland, CA18,506 contributionsA beautifully designed and maintained city park going up the hill from the train station area. WWI memorial, a couple of fountains, some water features and lots of flowers. Good amount of shade needed on a sunny day.Written June 6, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jackie LBristol, UK23 contributionsA good selection of shops and places to eat, disappointed at the lack of a public toilets but this seems to be very common in France. There was a small pets area with goats and alpaca and rabbits very random but nice for children.Written May 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. If you want to feel like a Hollywood star for a few days go to Chateau de Raissac! And we didn't go to the winery visit but we will come back for that!
