- FletchyCheshire, UK162 contributionsWe were staying in a hotel literally across the road from this church. It is absolutely beautiful inside. We went in when there was a choir concert and they were so good. It was renovated about 10 years ago and is immaculate. Give it a visit.Written September 30, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- cwgiraffeOrange, CA25 contributionsWe stayed 3 nights at Villa Crawford and loved the property!! We (2 sisters and my 20-year-old daughter) had a triple room and although there was no view from our room and only a small window, the grounds and views on the rest of the property made up for it!! And our bathroom was large, so that was nice! Plus the a/c blew really cold!! The views of the water are spectacular! They have a patio where you will get drink service (full bar) and you could just spend your entire evening there! We ate one of our best meals at the restaurant where the chef kept sending out items for us to try, including some house-made orange marmalade and limoncello!! We had others who gave us mixed reviews of the restaurant, but we really, really enjoyed it. We didn’t order their set menu (which is available at breakfast to order for dinner), but off their regular menu. Delightful!! And the service was was great, too!! We also asked several questions of the front desk staff - who were very friendly and helped us make arrangements for taxis and cars. We took a taxi to the dock for our ferry to Capri, and on the way back caught a bus that was right at the dock and dropped us off right at the hotel!! Lots of nightlife and restaurants nearby! I’d suggest Il Ruttino - excellent pizza! A great back patio, too! I’d definitely stay again!! The hardest thing was getting there from Naples. We took the local commuter train which was cheap, but crowded and hot. Next time I’d take the ferry from Naples or get a car service which is pretty expensive (€100-150).Written July 8, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dennis FToronto, Canada23 contributionsWorth the visit and convenient to find and access. The architecture is amazing and hard to believe it is as old as it is.Written June 11, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - goodguyjasLondon, UK1,136 contributionsI wouldn’t make any special visit for this but If you have your hotel close by or having a walk about this area then ok. It is a bit of mess with rubbish and food containers left here. It does have a bin but not many use it. The view is obscured at times with the trees and looking down below you see more rubbish. Just needs a tidy up and it would be pleasant enough. View is ok but you get loads of better views of the coast elsewhere.Written November 13, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
