    A total pamper session.
    The only difficult thing was getting information through the telephone, you wait for ages, then ' all operators are busy'. This is why a 4/5, I would not be at all surprised if they lose customers because of this.
    Notwithstanding the rest was just perfect from the warm welcome right till the end. Anna-Maria, who served us lunch and could not have done more to help us. The food was incredibly good, all local produce we really hadn't been expecting that in our gift packet. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and we were provided with dry bathrobes to eat our lunches comfortably. There were so many things to do and enjoy and it really was for all the senses. Azzurra and a South American lady gave us our massages and they were both excellent. We shall definitely come back.

    Good, but not as great as it used to be
    This place used to be perfect - 5/5 - however, as a regular customer who has visited over the years I have now noticed that in recent years the place has become noticeably run down and not well maintained in some areas. It is still an enjoyable experience, but as I stated earlier - not as perfect as it once was. For the price one pays, it is hard to call this place good value for money.

    Relaxing but watch the clock!
    A very relaxing place with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, relaxing room, emotional showers, sauna and hammam (although this was not working the first day we got there). Very affordable treatments and a large variety however watch that the therapist doesn't cut your treatment short. I ended up paying a 50 min pedicure that only lasted 35 mins...grrr
