An incredibly beautiful place to relax and walk. If you are a professional photographer, you can take a lot of photos here.

We did the last guided tour of 2023 yesterday which took around 45 minutes. For 2 adults and 2 children it was £20. It was really interesting and some great facts plus you get to walk to the top which even on a rainy day had some great views. Would definitely recommend the guided tour and all the funds go straight to the light house which is completely funded through the volunteers raising money.

The rock comprises both the old Fort and a most impressive lighthouse at the mouth of the river and Liverpool Bay.
