To be completely honest, zip-lining isn't my thing. I only went because my daughter enjoys it, and this sounded like something unique. IT IS. Very much so. We both had a great time, and our guides, Nolan and Mackenzie were the BEST. The suspension bridges were my personal favorite part. I regret not having any pictures of them.
My wife and youngest daughter took the tram tour, and both said it was also much better than they expected.
Downside... the Jeeps were non-functioning. It's a Jeep thing... if you know, you know... ;)

You will get wet! It's a neat experience. Bring water shoes. I recommend going to this. Experiencing the hurricane deck is a must. A few had babies strapped to them. I did not care for that!

After leaving the Corvette Museum we had a lot of time left and found out about Lost River Cave. So off we went to find it. Of course we decided to do the boat tour, reasonably priced and takes about an hour. The only complaint was its a long walk from the main building to the starting point of the tour and it was kind of hot and a bit humid. But once there the tour was awesome. Surely creepy at point in the cave where the ceiling got so low we all had to bend over very low.
Actually a very cool trip and I would suggest it

The caverns were spectacular but could use a bit of seating for seniors on the self guided tour. Also did not realize until we got back from our vacation that there was a great addition we never knew about. I was looking at the info and the ticket gentleman handed us our passes and info and that was it. We would have definitely loved to see the old buildings and historical info about the area but were not aware of it. I feel the ticket person should have told us of the extras that were included with our cavern ticket.

I usually do not write reviews but after this experience I must. Our tour at mammoth cave was WONDERFUL!! Much of that was due to a great guide, Jarvis, who not only educated us on the history of the cave but also made the content relatable, deep, entertaining, and humorous at times. Anytime that he talked my family and I wanted to listen. Overall he was great, I could not recommend him enough.
In regards to the cave difficulty, I found this cave much easier compared to others despite the many warnings listed. The steps in this cave, although many, were well lit, not wet, and much were made of typical stair materials rather than carved out of stone. There are parts where you have to be crouched low for an extended period of time; however, we did not find this difficult. Overall, I would recommend this tour to people above elementary age. It was a great experience and we were blessed with an amazing ranger!

My wife and I purchased the Cavern Combo Tour, which included the Hidden Wonders Tour and the Discovery Tour.

Our guide for the first tour we did was Donna and she was wonderfully informative! The Hidden Wonders Tour ended with an exit using the B.A.T. (Belt Assisted Transport) which pretty much is a slanted uphill moving walkway. Some people may find this troublesome to use, but we were fine. If you are so inclined (pun intended) you can skip the B.A.T. and just walk along the side on a regular uphill sidewalk.

Our second tour was guided by Rachel. She was great, too!

We enjoyed both tours. Although similar, each has its own beauty.

    Marvelous Caverns!

Most amazing and unique cavern ever! A stream runs through it and it even has a waterfall! We have been to most of the caves in the USA but this one was truly worth seeing (they all are great, in their own way, but this one was unlike any other). A must see!

Ruby falls was beautiful. I wish we didn't do the "express" tour. It was very rushed. I would have liked to have more time to take in the beauty along the walk to the falls and take pictures. Stopping to let other groups go by also took up time. We only had 7 people in our group and it was still rushed. I had to take pictures while we ran through the caverns but we did get 5 minutes to take pictures of the beautiful falls.

Our tour guide was Kevin. He was well informed, personable, likable and professional. He said he was a history major and his talks about the cave and its history were fascinating. I'd give Kevin a six rating, but I think the max rating is five.

The guide was awesome! We spaced this out from Ruby Falls. They were both great in different ways. This one had a small number in the tour and the walk was a lot less which was good for the grandparents. We saw salamanders catching cave crickets. Cool on a summer afternoon which is a PLUS!

The Kartchner Caverns are a living limestone cave system. Very unique and a must see if you are in the Benson/Tombstone area of Arizona. Or, even in Tucson it is less than an hours drive. Off Highway 90, they have ample parking for guests and even a campground for RV'ers. (Make reservations well in advance, as they are frequently booked up). You can buy your tickets online. Now the caves are divided up into two tours so you have to pick one. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. The path inside the cave is concrete and very user friendly with lots of railings.

We truly enjoyed this visit to the caverns. We purchased tickets online for the Discovery Trail Tour, which is 1.5hr long and goes deeper into the Cavern than the other tour. Our guide Zach did an excellent job leading us through the various rooms and acquaint us with the various structures, explorations, and living creatures of the Cavern system. Alice assisted him well, and both have a great wry sense of humor. (Gig 'em, Alice! 😉) Highlights included seeing a couple of salamanders, new to us structures like stalactiflats, experiencing a safe and controlled moment of complete darkness, and hearing the water flow at various points.

We enjoyed a previous visit to Carlsbad Caverns, but this tops it in my mind.

Great time in the cave. Perfect AC temp for the summer. Guide was fun. Only downside is we got there at 11am and had reserved a ticket online for 1pm. They wouldn’t let us go early so we had to find 2 hours to fill. We did get to walk trails and do the small museum but still had to sit around for an hour. Recommend not buying ticket ahead of time - they are totally inflexible. Makes no sense. Just buy the ticket there - everyone else was buying them 15 min ahead of time with no problem.

The tour by Ashley was awesome. She was so pationated about the caverns, told us many fascinating stories. We visited caverns with 2 kids 9 and 7 y.o. I was worried they might be borred, but opposite the were very interested. Ashley made our visit unbelieveble. The most we liked the moment when the light was switched off (Ashley warned us about it) and we saw the darkest dark. It was amaising. Thanks Ashley. I highly recommend guided tour, because the most interesting is hearing all the stories, not just stroll by youself
