- margaretdonlanManchester, UK2 contributionsLovely safe place to visit with our grandchildren and dogs.
Staff in all areas are welcoming and friendly.
Our particular favourite is the ice cream van! The staff are so patient with our contrary grandchildren and the vans are so clean inside and out. A real treat!Written May 1, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Louise PBolton, UK9 contributionsSt. Patrick’s Irish night - great atmosphere, dancing, drinks and great company. - Ian PWigan, England, United Kingdom2 contributionsLived nearby for so long and hadn't even heard of here until recently, so thought today I was going to pay it a visiit.
It was a really magical place, different paths so easy routes suitable for most people and some alternative paths if you want to get of the beaten track a bit. We stayed here for about 1hour but you could easily spend longer if you wanted a longer walk.Written March 14, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - imyk6112 contributionsI chose the Nissan GTR and Ferrari F430. YOU MUST ask for Peter before booking to be honest. Get in whichever car Peter is doing for the day. I firstly went in the Nissan GTR with an instructor who constantly told me to be easy even though the car didn't even feel like it was going 1/10th of its capability. Peter took me out in the much more inferior and older F430, which was a shocking car to be honest , however, the experience was night and day. Peter was encouraging me and praising me on my driving and effectively advising me how to take the racing lines! If it wasn't for Peter, the experience would've been entirely different. Thanks Peter!Written September 27, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- IAN DWigan, UK18,888 contributionsMy local stadium and went to watch Wigan against Catalan. Good seats with excellent unobstructed view. I feel it lacks for atmosphere at times but a good dual purpose groundWritten September 19, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Nan H2 contributionsGreat place to relax, picnic or walk the dog. The trail is hard-surfaced and there's lots of fun to be had, splashing by the stream or checking out birds and wildlife.Written February 27, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jennifer BHebden Bridge9 contributionsSpent a couple of hours at the museum with my 13 year old son. Several small exhibitions - we enjoyed the natural history display, ancient Egypt section and learning about children's lives in the past. We then went upstairs to talk to the historians about tracing our family history (from around Wigan).Written July 25, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
