I have just been to Nigel browns cookery academy, had the most wonderful night, Nigel puts you very much at ease, and is very informative, my Jalfreze curry was the most delicious curry I have tasted.
Nigel is a very skilled teacher and Chef, we spent most of the time chatting about foods we love, trips we’ve had (and the food we’ve enjoyed on them) and making a fantastic Jalfrezi with rice and naans.
